MJ Septic installed the septic system for a new home buildWhen they did, they installed the septic sprinklers in locations which would not allow the system to pass inspectionI have attempted to meet with the owner, Joe, three times in order to find an alternate location for the sprinklers so I can pass inspection - so I can actually move into my homeJoe agrees on a date and time to meet me, I take time off work, and then Joe doesn't show upIf there is a less reliable company than MJ Septic, I haven't found it

We were in a bind building a custom home due to a horrible contractor that we firedMJ Septic came to our rescue as we were having a hard time finding someone to put in our septic system in ASAPThey put in the day he said he would, and it passed inspection with ease.All for an excellent price I would definitely recommend MJ Septic

*** my assistant explained all of this to Mr*** before I was asked to get involvedHe temper was escalating as he was extremely unhappy with our office policiesOnce I took over the case, it only made matters worse, as I repeated the exact thing my assistant did to himI was never once
rude to him, I asked him one final time if he was going to have MJ Septic replace the Sprinkler Pump at a price of $(not $as he claims in his email) otherwise my technician needed to move onHe said no, repeated that we were screwing him and hung up on meI then called my tech to wrap up the call, the client didn’t need our services at this time Attached are the work orders and paid invoices etcfor the above mentioned clientMJ Septic has a very strict office policy on all parts replacedMr***’s maintenance contract lapsed years with our company after the sprinkler pump was replacedDuring these two years, MJ Septic has no idea of how the system is treated, therefore no warranties will be honoredMr*** only decided that he call for our services once he was having a major issue, two years later I’d also like to add to this, that in Bexar County he is required by law to have a licensed maintenance provider inspect his systemThis is also a law regulated by T.C.E.QMr*** was unhappy with the outcome, called me a “thief and said I was screwing him” Their card was charged on for $285, when they signed up for a new year contractI reported him to the county because he cancelled his contract with MJ Septic, which by law I am required to I have also attached a copy of one of our contracts for your reviewIt clearly states in the Repairs I, about our office policy about warrantiesIt is also stated at the bottom of all invoices/sales receipts etc I’d also like to mention that Mr*** said his new MP said we installed the pump incorrectly? If this was the case, he would have had issues with the pump immediately, not two years laterThe pumps just do not work like that, they will immediately alarm, not last two yearsAlso claims that MJ Septic did not pump out his system correctly were also madeProblem I have here is that for two years the sludge readings were not gathered by us or another company to determine this diagnosis by this other companyAnother provider simply cannot tell whether or not the tanks were properly cleaned out two years after the factThis is absurdThese aerobic systems need pumping based off of individual/household usage, not in years It had been noted that he needed to pump/clean out his system upon his 08.15.2017, inspectionFailing to do so in a timely manner, can and will cause the sprinkler pump to work extra hard, potentially burning it outIf a client/family is not following strict usage guidelines, they will have continuous problems with their systemThis is highly likely the case here Mr*** had been illegally using an OSSF (against Bexar Co & TCEQ law) for a two year period I will reverse the transaction for $for the year contract, it was overlooked on my end, my apologiesNo other funds will be awarded to Mr***Should any other questions need to be asked, please let me know, I’d be more than happy to answerI’d also like to know the outcome of this case Thank you, *** ** ***

MJ Septic was our service provider for our septic systemWe paid them $for a service contract renewal and scheduled a technician to come out to the house to check on a warning light When he arrived we were told that a part they replaced within the past months was still under warranty, but because there was a lapse in the contract we would have to pay the full $again for them to fix it
I called *** *** at the MJ Septic office I asked her why we were being charged twice for the same thing that was within the warranty period and she took a very aggressive attitude towards me and was extremely unprofessional I asked what they did to maintain the system when we were under the services contract and she couldn't explain it We couldn't reach an agreement and I did not sign the renewal paperwork and asked her to tell her service tech to leaveI cancelled our renewal and found a new septic company *** kept our money for the renewal, and reported us to t

MJ Septic has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced Their field employees are competent, but they won't ring your doorbell to let you know as they are coming or going (they do call the day prior...which is nice, but it's common courtesy to announce yourself upon arrival/departure) My main problem is with their office staff The person 'Jennifer' who answers the phones is the very rude Her un-professionalism is out of control I just tried to cancel my service with MJ Septic and she kept sending me to a line that no one picked up and didn't allow for voicemail messages I called twice with the same results, then when I tried a third time, she must have blocked my number or something because the call wouldn't go through I simply wanted her to take a message -- you would think that would be nothing out of the normal Very, very rude person I remember talking to her previously about a problem I had with my septic tank and she was very condescending and arrogant I asked her if someone could come out to help fix a line that got broken during a construction project and she basically scolded me about how the equipment shouldn't have gone over the pipes I wasn't trying to have MJ Septic fix the problem for free or anything...I was simply trying to get them to come out to fix it I have no idea how they stay in business with customer-facing employees that have such an attitude Absolutely worst experience I highly do NOT recommend this company Additionally, they are very over-priced
