I recently purchased a 2006 Audi a4 and I was so impressed with how smooth the process was from beginning to end. Zero pressure and I felt so comfortable knowing I was working with Joe, a knowledgable professional. The car is exactly what I wanted and perhaps the most impressive part was that I even heard from Mark the owner. This call was made after I already made the purchase just to check in and see how I am enjoying the car. You just don't see this level of customer service these days. I would but another car from them in a heartbeat.
