We are in receipt of the letter written by [redacted] to the Revdex.com regarding her concern of receiving defective Electrolux Appliances.
We are a company who has been successfully in business for over 34 years. We carry a wide range of manufacture lines ranging all price points. [redacted] had come to our showroom in search of replacing three appliances, a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. In qualifying [redacted] as to what she was looking for in her new appliances she mentioned she currently owned an Electrolux Range. [redacted] expressed how very happy she has been with her range. We took a look at some of the latest products that best fit the criteria [redacted] described to her cooking style. She was very fond of what Electrolux had to offer and the fact she has had good luck with her previous experience with the manufacture. [redacted] did purchase the three Electrolux Appliances that we ordered from Electrolux.
[redacted] has recently contacted us regarding her unfortunate experience with having multiply service issues on these appliances. Electrolux like the majority of other manufactures offers a standard one year warranty- free parts and labor. It was brought to our attention that the [redacted]’s also have the Home Smart extended warranty on their appliances through Excel Energy. We are under the impression a greater portion of the service calls were directly placed through Home Smart since we were not aware of the extended service issues the [redacted]’s are mentioning. Our management of MJ’s Contact Appliance, Inc. has recently spoken to [redacted] and requested copies of invoices from the previous service performed as we would like to assist them in resolving these service issues. As of today’s date we have yet to receive any documentation.
Electrolux is a higher end manufacture. Mj’s Contract Appliance, Inc. is one of many Appliance Dealer’s in town that carries the Electrolux Brand. They are reputable manufacture with great products! Therefore we as a dealer continue to support. We are a company that strongly thrives on customer service by making sure our customers are well taken care of before, during and after the sale.

The response has resolved nothing. We have never owned an Electrolux range, the only range we have owned is Kenmore which is what we still use. We never replace our appliances, we built a house and our home contractor insisted we only did business with MJ Appliance as part of his "package." MJ appliance has on record the numerous times we have called their business over the last 4 years to report ongoing issues with all three of the appliances sold to us by them. The fact that MJ Appliance continues to sell and promote Electrolux appliances as high end and reliable speaks exactly to the same spiel I was given by their sales team 5 years ago on why I should spend double the cost of other brands. I have currently in my home three appliances from MJ that are all not working. I am happy to have MJ Appliance come out to my home to assess the appliances themselves to verify my complaints, in addition the attached (some of the repairs I have already had to pay out of pocket).

We would be happy to work with the [redacted]'s and come to an equal resolution for both parties.
Dan our office manager had spoken to [redacted] over the phone the first week of December. He had requested from [redacted] to send/e-mail any documentation she received from the service provider who worked on her kitchen appliances to us.
This allows MJ's Contract Appliance to go back to the manufacture with the backup documentation to let the manufacture know how many unresolved service issues the [redacted]'s are experiencing with their appliances. Unfortunately we have yet to receive a thing from the [redacted] Residence.
I since then have left a voice mail message both January 4th and 6th, 2016 to give us a call and have heard nothing back.
