and incorrect.  As per my other email that I fwd to you with a trail of conversations, we were asked by [redacted] of [redacted] to bid on the replacement of 3 outdoor units for the Bowie property that were stolen from the home.  I gave 2 options of units to choose from but because they did not want to replace the whole inside systems to which they would then be applicable to the new R410A refrigerant vs. the R22 refrigerant which as you may know is phasing out.  Since there wasn’t a leak issue reported and only the cost of 3 units outside needed, we provided compatible R22 units that would work.  Now being if the indoor units are of much older age, that would not impact compatibility as long as the R22 refrigerant is matching which it is.  We are not held accountable for an insurance companies decision on which option to go with.  We can only provide our opinions and options that would work.  I would greatly appreciate it if you could have this complaint removed as I deem it as incorrect and without merit. You can call me anytime with any other questions. Thanks,[redacted]
