This review is regarding Watson Realty Property Management vendor relations Watson claims to have repair vendors in place to perform maintenance/repair to owners properties when needed This is not the case Watson contacted my roofing company to have a damaged roof repaired on an emergency basis We are not a Watson vendor and do not want to become one The agent pleaded with us to PLEASE come out and make an emergency repair to a property that had a hole in the roof with active leaks We explained that our terms for payment were due upon completion The agent explained that they could not get a check cut from corporate until days after the repair We agreed to complete the repair with payment due within days.We are now approaching days and just received a payment for approximately 80% of the cost The Watson agent stated that they do not have all of the funds to pay for the repair and that they will not until the property is rented Beware of non payment!

I am an appraiser working on an appraisal for a property managed by*** at Watson Realty During the completion of my report it was discovered that one of the required photos did not save to the camera memory card As a result, the appraiser contacted*** to obtain access to the property for a follinspection
Dan would not provide tenant contact information to schedule a follow up inspection and indicated he would provide appraiser contact information to the tenants It is very difficult to understand*** on the phone He is unprofessional and mumbles so bad it is difficult to understand what he is sayingAfter waiting days with no contact from*** or the tenants, the appraiser placed a follow up call to inquire*** indicated that this was not his problem and hung up the phone
Now the appraisal cannot be completed, the appraiser will not be paid for the assignment, and the homeoewners mortgage loan will not close
As an appraiser, I am often in contact with property managers, however I have never been treated so rudely in my 12+years on the job
Doing business with*** at Watson realty has been a very unpleasant experience

We agreed to complete the repair with payment due within 10 days.We are now approaching 60 days and just received a payment for approximately 80% of the cost. The Watson agent stated that they do not have all of the funds to pay for the repair and that they will not until the property is rented. Beware of non payment!
