I think Sam was to quick with hanging up the phone on my sales associate. Since that phone call we have called him back & settled everything with him. He was given back $59.99 & is coming in to use his other session.
We weren't incompetent in any way & he just...
had to hear how we do business & how we always work with our clients. I think as of now he is a happy client. Thank you!!
