This company is less than professional to say the least. The GM was too busy making a million a one excuses instead of assisting me or taking care of any of this. This company was hired by my former landlord and they lost many of my valuable items and ran up my light bill with their negligence.
Missing Items:
Computer
Keyboard
Mouse
Mousepad
Printer
Modem for WiFi (belongs to spectrum)
No follow up has been made. I have pictures proving those items were in my home and pictures of the items no longer being there.
Light bill:
My light bill was WELL over $600 due to the fact that this company had 3 large machines running 24 hours in our home for 30 days when the machines should have only been in the house for 3 days. I provided my email and phone and never heard from anyone. All of their employees have a major attitude problem, and ask you what you're going to do with your belongings because they are eyeballing your stuff. How would I not believe an employee stole it when they have blatantly asked me what I planned to do with my belongings in hopes that I would donate it to the employee (not the company) all of this I said to the GM but of course she could care less. Terrible company and I would never refer them to anyone!
Refund I want my light bill that is still due paid! I should not have to pay for their negligence. Also they need to replace all of my missing items. I don't want cash or a check. Just replace my items and pay the light bill with duke and that's it.
