which was provided by the passenger-they didnot share any passport information with us-and if it had been shared that information would havebeen input for TSA pre flight check and which time we would have been made aware of their situation. We did try to work with the carriers to bring them back and we got the wife's reissued at our cost butthe husband was adamant and got his ticket reissued-while we regret this episode we feel that we did thebest given the circumstancthey had volunteered information the situation would have been different
