Review: The locks on my front door were both changed prior to me moving into the home, but I paid for the lock change. When I was given the new keys, I found the top lock had the teeth down and the bottom lock was keyed with the teeth facing up. I asked the realtor, who hired the locksmith, for contact information, but he has not provided it and says that it's a personal preference.Desired Settlement: I would like the locksmith to return and key both locks to face the same direction.
