I am rejecting this response because:
I was told by MJL that they will bid when they have time,I have the hand written note by MJL.In their response they said they told me at the time of the design that it
was a wet fall,the design was done and sent to me in mid August.Fall hadn't come yet,also the ground didn't have frost in it until December.When a business tells me they will give me an estimate I didn't think I should have to call them more than once(November 7) not to mention being told during the initial visit(August or sometime around then) that they will come and give me an estimate.Their response also says I was not guaranteed an installation date or bid date.That's true,but when I'm told to pay $for a design in order to get a bid from them I was expecting a bid.I didn't call any other contractors for bids.Their response said they told me to get other bids;not true
