Hi ***, im going to drop a quick synopsis on exactly what happened with [redacted] ***I originally received an inquiry from [redacted] to provide a written roof quote for her [redacted] trailerUpon inspection, it became clear there had been quite a few attempts to,repair the roofShe indicated that there had been continuing leaks in her kitchen, livingroom bathroom and bedroom [redacted] requested tjat the transaction me made in cash because she recieves ssi benefits and cannot posses trackable income 1.)A written quote was given to mrs [redacted] 2.) The service was to,be preformed in stages, as well as payments 3.) The first half of the roof was to be installed june 7th on the front half the trailerThe product used part [redacted] flat roofing systemAnd I installed square base and r square cap [redacted] recieved and updated receipt and contract as well as all of the warrant infonfor,the product At the end of july [redacted] called to schedule the 2nd part of the roof installShe indicated that the fisrt half resolved all leaks and she haf the 2nd payment for the 2nd half of the roof which was dueUpon installation of the 2nd half it,was clear that the rear bedroom window was im propery installed and had no undersill flashingI explained that this could be an issueWe installed the remainder of the roofing, gave [redacted] a numbered invoice once again stating the product installed, service complete, and paid in full [redacted] was very happy and upon customer follow up, indicated that there were no leaksAnd all was fine Approximately august 18th I received a call from a man who said he was [redacted] boyfriend and was a roofer, for a company registered in [redacted] county"***" asked why we did not use tar to seal the seamsI told [redacted] that the [redacted] roofing system doea not require or Reccomend "TAR" on any roofing substrateThe sealent I used on [redacted] roof was [redacted] , an elastic 30yr warranted sealent [redacted] who,was verbally intoxicated as well as [redacted] who was verbally intoxicated were using foul language and verbally abusive to one another during the phone call [redacted] left a phone number which was actually his mothers phone number and lives in the same trailer park as *** I asked that they contact me when they arent intoxicant [redacted] contacted me more times both occasions verbally abusive [redacted] never indicated that there was any leaks, in fact neiether individual mentioned leaks at allThe only request was that tar be applied to the roof On the date of the complaint, at approximately 4:pm [redacted] called and said that I had week to put tar on the sides of her roof , (not on top) I indicated that although that service was not included in the contract that I would do so, I asked her again for her address, she,became verbally abusive,yelling and hung up the phoneAlthough she said I had a week to preform a service which is not part of the roof but actually part of the siding and not in the contract [redacted] still filed a complaint eventhough she said i,had week Several attempts to contact [redacted] have been made with no response [redacted] has all invoices and paperwork from her new roof, thankv you for your time, pictures of the completed roof, product applied, and documents to follow

The sealent I used on [redacted] roof was [redacted], an elastic 30yr warranted sealent.
[redacted] who,was verbally intoxicated as well as [redacted] who was verbally intoxicated were using foul language and verbally abusive to one another during the phone call. [redacted] left a phone number which was actually his mothers phone number and lives in the same trailer park as [redacted].
I asked that they contact me when they arent intoxicant. [redacted] contacted me 2 more times both occasions verbally abusive. [redacted] never indicated that there was any leaks, in fact neiether individual mentioned leaks at all. The only request was that tar be applied to the roof.
On the date of the complaint, at approximately 4:40 pm [redacted] called and said that I had 1 week to put tar on the sides of her roof ,
(not on top) I indicated that although that service was not included in the contract that I would do so, I asked her again for her address, she,became verbally abusive,yelling and hung up the phone. Although she said I had a week to preform a service which is not part of the roof but actually part of the siding and not in the contract [redacted] still filed a complaint eventhough she said i,had 1 week
