Review: I placed an order with this business on Sept. 12th 2015. I received a confirmation email from the business the following day. The email did not contain any shipping info. It is now Sept. 22 2015 and I have not received my merchandise nor has the business returned any of my emails or phone calls. There is no indication that the business has any intention of communicating with me or fulfilling my order.Desired Settlement: I want the products that I ordered. Barring that, I want a refund.
Review: I purchased speaker adapters from MJM Auto Innovations (car-speaker-adapters.com). I received them on Oct 10, 2014. I paid $48.57 including shipping. The adapters provided were the wrong type and did not fit the vehicle. I informed the seller and requested the money be refunded. To this date no refund has been provided, though the adapters were shipped back on Oct 11, 2014. Initially, after being contacted, [redacted] (CEO) agreed to refund the cost.Desired Settlement: Refund of the cost of $48.57 plus $5.77 for the cost of shipping the product back.
