Ihave been trying to resppond to this complaint by [redacted] [redacted] was in a budget for the very beginning we metI offered her a package that any other cater would charge at least double forOn the day of her wedding we showed up on time, and we were at her event hours over from what was anticipated which I dont mind at allAny other caterer would charge for that and we didnt [redacted] was unable to pay for the final payment in full by the agreed time so I was ok with the fact that the final payment can be paid the evening of her eventThere was not one complaint or even a question about any issues during the whole hours we were thereMy caterers showed up at exactly 4:22pm and left at 11:pmThe final payment was paid at 11:47pm which I have the documentation and credit card reciept for thatMy concern is why if the event was so terrible, why was not one thing said to us that eveningActually the last words from the groom was it was great thank you very muchAnd the last words from the bride was thank you so much we really appreciate itNot to mention they paid the remaining balance***'s complaint does not make senseThis is a fraud and someone trying to seek an opportunity to gain money in my opinionThiis is a person that went out of her way to write complaints everywhere on social media and had her family members and best friends write a bad review on social media as wellThis is vindictive, and this is not allowed from my understandingThis is a person who is trying to destroy peoples jobs and a company where people work so hard at I have my attorney taking care of the situation due to defamation of character and slander I hate to do this to her but clearly I must defend my company and what she is doing is wrongBetween the clear lies and vindictivness, and plan to destroy my company, using other people to post lies on social media as well, completely gives me a case to sue herI will be more than happy to send you my attorneys informationBut in my company's defense we are in the process of sueing ***
