Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: everyone on my line is having problems and do not want to pursue since they know that nothing will be done by MJM or Ameren Norm Conrad, attorney for Illinois Commerce Commission, has recommended that I retain an attorney because this is neglect on the part of these companies for not servicing or replacing the lines The several outages that have occurred have worn out my appliances As I have stated before, I had an electrician come out and inspect my appliances and lines and he stated he would talk to companies that it is their lines that are causing appliances to go out Sincerely, [redacted]
