On two dates he informed me his crew would be there to do the interior work and never showed up and NEVER called to say they were not comingThe resident waited for them at these timesThe job should have taken five or six days to complete but it turned out to be a two month fiascoThe work completed was satisfactory but the lack of communication with his crew and the customer was unprofessionalIt seemed to me he overbooks his crew with work that he cannot complete in a timely mannerIn text messages he always had some kind of excuse as to way his crew was not at our location completing the work
