Review: I wanted to return two unused items with the original receipt, I asked if I could return them for what my mother in law paid for them. The [redacted] on duty did not have the authorization to override the return due to item mark downs. I went in again to speak with the store [redacted] who I was told did have access to perform the return. I was spoken to very rudely and disrespectfully. I felt as if because of my age I was discriminated against because they felt I was uneducated on how retail stores work. When the store [redacted] was unable to help me I asked for a corporate to call for further assistance. I then called on multiple occasions to try and have the situation resolved all ending in that the corporate customer service worker would call me back. After two weeks of no response I finally called back extremely unhappy with the lack of service I was receiving after being treated so rudely in the store. I was told that the corporate number I had been dealing with was unable to help me. I asked for a corporate address to send a letter multiple times and was not given the address. I was told to speak with someone else and left a voicemail but have not heard back from that individual. I have exhausted all options presented to me to rectify the situation.Desired Settlement: To receive what my mother in law paid in order to buy merchandise that fits my Fiancé. I would also like some acknowledge,wnt or discount for the way I've been treated from the store directly as well as the corporate customers,we service department.
