I was told if my drains clogged up again within 90 days they will come out and do it again for free, but they never did.I set up an appointment and after 45min of them being late I called them and the owner ended up coming out and wasn't concerned at all that his employee never showed up, after only bringing half the tools needed he called someone else to snake the pipe while he left for the beach, his employee told me that if anything happens within 90 days to call them and they will come out for free. As he was leaving he couldn't tell me how much it was going to cost or how I would get my bill so he called his boss and got that resolved. About 2 months later my drains clogged again so I called the business and someone answered and said once I'm done with this project I'll call you and come out. I never got a call back and I called them 3 separate times over 2 weeks and left 2 messages and no one ever picked up the phone or called me back.Desired SettlementI would like a refund due to them not honoring their warranty policy and me having to take my business elsewhere when it shouldn't have cost me anything. Business Response /[redacted]/I would like to start by saying,We never warranty snaking. Honesty and integrity is something you being a service member should present at all times. I told you that if it happened again we will need to send a vacuum in suck out waste and Camrea your line and see what is causing this issue as far as the integrity of your sewer line, because a different plumbing company was at your home a month prior to us servicing you. Also being that it took 2 months to start backing up with my years of experience there are either roots in your line or a break. When you called me and told me it was backing up again I told you what we need to do to fix you then to proceed to be very disrespectful and not curtious. Therefore I made a business decision to Refuse service to you . No refund will be granted. I wish you good luck on future endeavors Thank you Consumer Response /[redacted]/I find it humorous that you talk about integrity but everything you just mentioned was completely false. For starters your employee told me that snaking was included in the warranty, so if it's not you need to educate your employees on company policy. I was never told that you would have to send a vacuum and a camera through the lines, the very first thing you used was a camera. I don't even know where you got, I had someone else out there a month ago prior, it was a year ago prior, I will agree that there was an underlying issue with the pipes because it's fixed now but you told me on the phone that it would be no problem to snake it out again and you will probably have to dig up my front yard to find the real issue, although since integrity isn't your strong suit, you probably won't admit to that. My response was "ok awesome, thank you" which to the average person seems reasonably respectful. I feel like making a "business" decision to ignore me was quite immature and not very courteous. A lot of things can be resolved by just talking to someone not just brushing them off and hoping they go away. I have never dealt with such an unorganized, unprofessional business in my life. Will definitely never recommend to anyone.Final Business Response /[redacted]/I'm sorry you feel so negative about us not able to warranty Drain Snaking. Not sure what it is you are trying to accomplish here by this slander! My company policy is we do not and can not warranty Drain snaking. I'm sorry that you are confused into thinking that we warranty drain cleaning and you are disgruntled and upset. Understand that I can see if you called me same day or next day with issues but for 2 months to go by and you have a back up! Then calling and badgering me insulting my integrity is impulsive and nonsensical. Like I have advised you last week! I refuse service to you and your property any more forms of communication from you or representatives of you will be deemed as harsememt and slander as you are trying to smear my campaign. Thank you

Repair/installation of water heater was poorly completed. Water heater installation was poorly done and not completed in a satisfactory manner on 11/04/15. Payment was made by check number [redacted] for $800. No receipt or statement of work done or to be done was provided. 220 volt wiring was left exposed(no conduit) and not attached to anything structural, just hanging. Owner stated it "didn't need to be covered" when questioned. Quality of workmanship and materials appears to be inferior for the price. Holes in drywall needed to complete job were poorly done by owner's assistant. My wife requested the pieces of drywall removed be left so the ceiling and wall could be patched, they were not. Clean up was little. Things that were moved appeared to have been pushed aside with little regard to care and not put back. Trash and scraps not picked up. Tools left behind. Owner was emailed at 5:55 AM 11/5/15 and thank for his quick response, but we were not satisfied with the work. We also attempted to cancel the check am 11/5/15. I called owner at 12:24 pm 11/5/15, no answer. Called again 11/6/15 at 7:44 am. Conversation started out well. I expressed my concerns and complaints. Also informed him we had cancelled the check and he indicated it was already cashed(confirmed that am 11/7/15 with our bank. They have filed a complaint for us). I questioned him about an inspector coming to inspect the work. He questioned for what. I indicated for the electrical and plumming completed. He then ended the conversation by stating, "You better not let me catch out anywhere!", and hung up.We found the business on Angie's list where the business had glowing reviews. After closer inspection there were other complaints about the owner/operator and how he responds to complaints. He advertises a 10% discount for seniors, a 10% discount for Angie's List customers and a 10% discount for water heaters on Angie's list which he would not honor stating that price was the discounted price. Bottom line buyer beware, even though glowing reports.Desired SettlementI would like a refund of all monies less the retail cost of the water heater with the above stated discounts applied(10%, 10%,10&). Retail price at Home Depot is $328. The refunded monies would be used to have reputable contractors complete the work. Business Response /[redacted]/I'm sorry but we are unable to refund. Water heater install was already discounted 30% for being a angieslist customer price was quoted you approved! Job was inspected by home owner and approved for payment which was received after work was complete and inspected by home owner. I thank you for your business and wish you the best on your future endeavors.
