I am rejecting this response because:The business did not inform me about the shock/suspension issue. The only issues that were supposed to be wrong with it. Was a little damage on the rear bumper. And the vehicle needed front tires. No other issues were brought to my attention by the dealership. I found the issues and reported them to the dealership. They then told me they would have their mechanics fix it if I purchased the parts. I have had the vehicle in their shop three times to be worked on. And the issues never got fixed. And I continued to let the owner know of the issues each time I visited the business for payments. Nothing was done so I then asked for my money back in exchange for the car sold to me. He responded to the request the following day by stating he will not be giving me any of my money back. Only have his mechanics work on it for me. I then notified the Revdex.com about the situation. Since then the car has had more issues that were not caused by myself. I then dropped the insurance from the vehicle and parked it because I do not find it fit/safe for driving. And will not put my family's not it. There is a big list of issues with the vehicle that were not brought to my attention by the dealership on the day of the sale. That list includes:Catalytic Converter is clogged. Very expensive to fixGas Cap is broken and does not seal properly Suspension rattles/clicks while driving. Makes a wrong noise while backing up. Sways side to side while driving as well.Airbag sensor malfunctioning. Airbags might not deploy if in a accident.Gas petal sticks when accelerating. Cause you to accelerate uncontrollably. Or sticks and will not engage to accelerate.These are just the major problems. The list continues but the issues aren't as bad. And to add to the report. While attempting to fix the vehicle at their shop. One of the mechanics informed me that they drove the vehicle in the blizzard this past March. And the wheel had broken off while "playing" in the snow. I would almost guarantee that's the reason for the suspension issues. And the business was aware of other major issues before my purchase. And failed to let me know.

original asking price of the vehicle was $6995. The vehicle was in perfect running order with exception of the shocks of which I informed Mr. [redacted] and gave him $2,495 off the purchase price. I advised him if he bought the shocks, my mechanic would put them on at no charge.Mr. [redacted] signed a purchase agreement/contract and received a 50/50 Warranty, which is good for thirty (30) days after purchase. If there was a problem with the vehicle on the 28th of March, Mr. [redacted] did not bring the car to my shop. To this day, Mr. [redacted] has not brought the car to my business for it to be examined by my mechanic. All the issues stated in the complaint are not covered under the warranty, which expired on or about April 26, 2016.Furthermore, Mr. [redacted] does not have insurance on the vehicle which is illegal in West Virginia and a breach of contract. According to the terms of the contract/purchase agreement and the State of West Virginia, I can legally repossess the car without any restitution to Mr. [redacted].
