MK Beauty Club

I ordered 2 nail polishes from MK Beauty Club on May 4th, 2020. One was sent, and received, but it was not the product I ordered. I contacted the company stating this, and got no response- despite receiving an email after purchase from "***", claiming to be happy to help with anything at all, and presenting a very helpful and professional demeanor. I waited, and waited. Mail has been slow, and companies are struggling right now. Still no response. I eventually inquired about my other nail polish, and got an auto response stating it shipped. I clicked on the details, and yet again, you can clearly see that the USPS hasn't received it. I waited a few days, then sent an email explaining my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund. I just let the first wrong polish go, and I just want my *** back for the other one that has not been shipped. It's not a lot of money, but the principle of it. My second email requesting a refund this morning was outright blocked. There are many similar reviews available online, so I feel this is important so other people know what kind of company this is. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. That's on me. But this scamming/fraud/theft is on them.

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered one product from this company & have yet to receive it! They will not respond to my email & now their phone number is not working! Very unsatisfied with their mom service
