First I apologize for the delay in responseThe letter was addressed to the prior owner and sent to a different locationThe manager was unaware of the issue

concern with his windshieldWe immediately contacted the sublet vendor that completed the workThe sublet vendor went to ***'s home to address*** contacted Caliber approximately weeks after sublet vendor went to his home and explained he had his windshield replaced again and paid personally for workThe sublet vendor and Caliber was unaware of any other issues*** demanded that we pay him back for the expenseI explained that we would be more than happy to reimburse him, but I had to obtain authorization to do so since we were not aware of any issue prior to him paying personallyOnce I obtained necessary authorization a check was requested and sent to ***He has received and cashed the check for full reimbursement for his expensePlease contact me directly with any other questions or concernsI can provide any and all supporting documents if neededThank you

The response from Caliber is 99% not truthful of the events and all they are good at is making excuses and statements and promisesI did finally get my refund after over emails and calls and months to many people including the General ManagerI wouldn't recommend this shop for any repairs on your vehicles

In response to the complaint from this customer, I have gathered all those concerned in the handling of this file and as much information as I can piece together
As far as the length of time of the repairs, it did take a longer period of
time than due to some unforeseen circumstancesThere were weather delays in parts and even a computer "glitch" with Nissan on getting the correct parts(You can call and verify that)
We never removed or changed out her batteryThere could possibly be some battery issues as the length of time the vehicle was here and the cold weather could have caused some deterioration to it
I have spoken to all those that worked on the vehicleNone of them smoke and the vehicle was cleaned as best we could due to the things that were in the car originally
As far as our Service Advisor lying to the customer we have documented in the estimate notes the issues concerning partsShe also stated that I lied to her about helping her with the extra cost on her rental(the insurance company paid for the rental except for the additional that customer wantedWhen I spoke with her I had told her I would pay the extra rental from the 30th until completionI guess you could say I lied to her because I called Enterprise and covered her extra from the 23rd which was the original promise date due to help ease her rental burden, so an additional days
This customer was very rude to my service advisor and myself and when she picked up her vehicle she threw her credit card at my service advisor and then threw the paperwork she had to sign
The insurance company has been looking into her allegations and has yet to contact us as far as any wrong doing
We are willing to cover any issues that we could have been responsible for

In their response they stated and I Quote"When I spoke with her I had told her I would pay the extra rental from the 30th until completionI guess you could say I lied to her because I called Enterprise and covered her extra from the 23rd which was the original promise date due to help ease her rental burden, so an additional days." they did not cover any thing on my rental from the on or at any timeI paid the rental bill in full after my insurance paid and my total bill for days was As for the butts, there was in my car and I do not nor have I ever smoked and when my car was towed there was no butts in my car as I don't allow smoking in itAs for the battery I did end up buying a new one because there was damage to the old one from being left out uncovered in the cold
I stated I would accept the weather conditions for a few days but it was not bad during the whole time they had my car and as for the computer glitch at Nissan yes they told me that and Caliber kept making excusesAs I stated it went from one part to three parts being back orderedThey did me wrong and I want repayment for it
I want to see their proof of paying for my rental and if they did when did they do it
