They're terrible and they lieI got a filling replaced and they drilled into the roof of my mouthAlso, when they did a filling, they left a gap in between me teeth so food would be stuck in between my teeth and they wanted me to wait a month to fix itI ended up having to go to another dentist to fix their mistakeI also complained to the Revdex.com about them asking for the issue to be resolved because I wanted them to partially pay me back for having to go elsewhere to fix their mistakeIndian Springs Dental Excellence wrote a letter back responding but completely lied in the letter of what the issues wereThey made up lies in their story to make it seem like they weren't at faultI went to this dental place because they had great Revdex.com RATING but people looking up a Dental office should not use this office because they're unprofessionalAlso, the actual dentist doesn't do the workShe has other girls in the office that does the workBut if you want the dentist to do all of the work, you have to go to her other office where she accepts paid insurance

The Dentist there is very sweetIt takes months to get in, the waiting room has no where to sit, and the orthodontist is the rudest person everMy year old daughter never wants to go back because the lady is so rudeI called and told the receptionist and the response I get is that she is like that to everyone...that is unacceptable!!! And your okay with a employee like that treating your patients bad?..That is not okay!
