It was a pretty good experience overallI have no complaints about itThey had guys coming out around our schedule, so they were very accommodating

We also had him remove a large vanity in the bathroomHe found matching replacement tile to match the existing tile in the bathroom to finish off the new area of the floor that was exposedHe kept the existing vanity cabinets and had them re-stainedThere was one drawer that was missing that had to be re-built and createdHe installed new counter tops, sinks and new faucetsThey re-aligned the wall lighting over the sinksThe shower area was very small, so they took out a wall to enlarge the shower areaThey created a new shower doorThey had to repair some leaking plumbing in the showerThey re-tiled the floor and the walls of the showerThey replaced a ceiling light over the shower

They guys are greatIt looked beautifulAfter they were done, it looked greatThey did exactly what we wantedThe customer service and the people that came in and did the work were really goodThey spoke English and several times we were not home, so they came in and did the work without us being hereThey were very, very trustworthy which is important because I don't like people being in my houseI wish they would've sealed off a little better because there was a lot of dust from the sandingThey tried their best, but it just gets everywhereIt took them about three weeks because they had to gut everything

We had an extensive remodel done on our homeMike, his family, and his crew were great, every step of the wayWe had wanted to do some of the work ourselves to keep our costs down, and they let us work right alongside them and we paid only for what they didOur result was splendid! We find our new layout to be not only functional but beautiful with our sleek, modern finishesEven the business end of things was a good experienceI loved that the billing was all online, we could pay with our credit card, and the bills were all carefully itemizedNothing was billed that hadn't been on the estimate

It was a pretty extensive remodeling of the master bedroom areaI thought the guys he had come in for doing all of the different jobs, like the electricians, guys that did cabinet work, re-staining work, and the guys that did flooring all did quality work on the job they didThey especially did quality work for all of the changing of the colors of some of the wood piecesThey showed up when they said they would show upThe clean up afterwards was done very wellThere wasn't a mess all over the place at the end of the day when they finished their jobThey got back to me pretty quickly if I had any questions or concerns about the workThey always gave me feedback on ideas that I would have, and would let me know if there would be any price difference for any extra workHe came up with an idea how to change the shower so I wouldn't have to add extra expense relocating a hot water heaterHe gave me good feedback to help control unnecessary work and to save moneyI really appreciated that

Everyone was very professionalThey gave us ideas and helped us pick materialsThe end product was beautiful

He also had a guy come in and extend the hard wood flooring because some cabinets were removedOnce the cabinets and fireplace were removed, there was unfinished flooringHe did it nicely so that you don't see a seam where the old cabinets use to endThey blended it in so that it looks like it was a complete floor to begin withThe original floor was stained and the new sections had to be sanded down and re-stained to get it to match

They have given us a huge upgrade on our bathroom, which is definitely highly appreciatedThe work they did is more than impressive and the entire team made sure that the process as well as the billing go on smoothly and professionallyI will be using them again in years to come

The original layout of the master bedroom and bathroom was not very functional for any kind of furnitureWe had to create a true separation between the bathroom and the master suiteHe took out the pony walls and the big columns and we had him close off part of the wall to create a new off center entryway from the bedroom area to the bathroomHe removed the wet bar, bar sink and fireplace off one wall and moved it to the new wall and put in the pass through fireplaceI like the effect of having a fireplace in the bedroom

This is our second experience with MKBoth times have been terrific outcomesWe had a master bath done two years ago, and just finished a guest bath remodel and had a window replaced by a door in our masterAll work is first class, cleanup,is spotless, and all the Gilles' and their crew are a pleasure to work withKristina is an expert at understanding your style and you can trust her choicesThe second time was super quick with choices since she knows us so wellHighly recommend

I had my kitchen remodeled, along with leveling my living room floor to match rest of the house, new tile throughout the house and a wall removedFrom beginning to end, the process was easier than I experienced with previous contractorsEveryone was on time, polite, and the house was clean at the end of the dayMike was responsive to answering my questions which I appreciatedEverything was on time, except for one day delay which did not put the overall process behind scheduleI love the end project and would not have been able to design the floor plan, pick out the tile, countertops or cabinets without the help of KristinIt was well worth the cost! Work was done in two parts: Initially raised ceiling in kitchen, moved washer and dryer to garage from kitchen, installed new lighting, and painted. Second part involved total kitchen remodel with removing walls to create open space; new cabinets, granite, lighting. MK remodeling did a beautiful job remodeling my kitchen. I had my kitchen gutted and completely redone. They are very professional; they completed the kitchen in a timely manner and went out of their way to make me happy. [redacted] designed my kitchen; she has a natural talent for understanding what you want (and has excellent taste). [redacted] is wonderful to work with and will always go out of his way to make sure things are done to your satisfaction.They made a big project easy by handling everything. This honestly was not an inexpensive endeavor, but I am a believer in you get what you pay for. This is the third time I have used MK remodeling and would absolutely use them again for any future project that I may have.
