M&K Tree Service

Review: On June 15, 2014, a tree in our front yard split and fell on our house. We called M&K Tree Service because we had used his service in the past. He promptly came out and removed the branches from our house enough for the insurance company to assess the damage. The tree service came back on June 18th to begin the process of cutting the rest of the tree and grinding the stump. My wife had an appointment on the afternoon of the 18th so she paid him the rest of the money for removing the tree. He removed some of the limbs, toted them off and has not returned to finish the job. We have called him constantly and he continues to have an excuse for not getting back to finish the job. Each phone call we have made, he makes the promise to show up within a couple of days. He has not called to reschedule. Our last phone call, we left the message to please let us know when to expect him and if he is not going to finish the job to please return some of the $950 we have paid him so we can hire someone else.Desired Settlement: We would like to either have our money returned or for M&K Tree Service to finish the job he has been paid for.
