complaint in which I welcomed the complainant to call meI am the broker and an owner of the real estate firm that is the target of their version of the issue and I don't believe it is productive to use the Revdex.com's website to discuss this matterAs requested, I would absolutely be open and willing to discuss a favorable resolution to this issue, including but not limited to offering a discount as warranted for our servicesBut, unless and until someone contacts me so that I can hear all sides of the matter, I have no way to satisfy this continuous and recurring complaintFurther, I have no way to resolve this matter if the complainant continues to refuse to contact meWhile it may be easy to simply file complaints, it could be easier to focus on a resolution. Review: The service we have receive from this firm is one of the worst possible, They have collected our money and because we now are having issues with the current tenant and my have to evict, they are canceling the contract. The contract stated they would advertise the property and assist us in finding renters. In addition they have not communicated with the current renters except by phone. Their calls were not returned but they never went to see the tenants to offer assistance in how they could pay the rent.Desired Settlement: Assist in getting renters for the house or list it at a discounted rate

Dealing with them now and I don't like them too much. They are not the worse company to do business with but not the best by far. I think they don't have more complaints because they learned how to play the game and keep the complaints down. They are not straight with you about stuff when they deal with you they talk round in circles at times like they trying to trick you or something.The place I moved into was poorly cleaned and painted and had a mold issue in the basement. I did get the mold issue resolved but I had to raise sand first.When and if they replace something they almost always take the cheap route out and they never no never replace anything unless they have no other way around it.

The property management branch is extremely difficult to deal with. I own a house Mkb manages the rental for me. They do not respond to email unless I write three or four of them and follow up with several phone calls. When they do respond they don't answer questions. I hate to say it but it seems to me the primary contacts I have when indeed to talk to someone at MKB is that they're none too bright. I won't be renewing my contract with them, it's just too much trouble.ive been asking one question ow for two days, I've asked several people several times and I still have no answer. Instead I have a list of demands from them and some very patronizing words as to how they hope I can "move forward". They seem to forget that I am a customer as much as any potential tenant is a customer and that I pay them for good customer service. If you're a owner, find someone else to manage your property - these guys are not up to the job.
