Mr. [redacted] made two comments one on 12-14-2015 which I responded to on 12-15-2015. Then he commented again on 12-17-2015 and I responded on the Revdex.com website on 12-18-2015. I have received no other comments from him to respond to.
My first response is here:
These comments are from an immature...

person. I have the right to carry my weapon. I am conceal carry certified and permitted. I carry it for protection not for 'angry customers'. After this immature person called the police on me they had no problem with my carrying. After the events in Paris, and San Bernardine, Sand Hook, Fort Hood, Aurora Theater, Virginia Tech and other places and the fact that I work in some very questionable places, not necessarily this persons location, I believe that my decision to carry is prudent .
His other complaints are simply his inability to understand how construction projects work. He is not able to understand that an estimate is just that, an estimate. Once the work started it became evident that more work needed to be done that could not be identified on the onset hence the 'estimate'.
He complains about receipts but I sent them to him several times but he couldn't seem to be able to keep track of them.
He claims that I am not 'a real professional contractor' but I have carried a Denver 'C' certificate for almost 20 years.
The 'unauthorized work' Mr. [redacted] speaks of is water damage done to the hallway carpet that came from his unit, which he was 100% responsible for. The property management company for his HOA contracted me to repair the damage and he was billed for it.
After I worked for him he wanted me to 'oversee' the finishing of the project but never offered to pay for my time. I made four trips to his place driving almost 200 miles, spent approximately 4 hours attempting to work with 'his people' and even have to buy a moisture meter to determine moisture content of the wood floor because his floor installer didn't own one.
He owes me money which is why, I believe, he is accusing me of 'theft'.
My second response is here:
Mr. [redacted] does not understand the purpose of an estimate especially where water damage is concerned. Once water damage project is started one almost always finds problems that were not immediately visible on first inspection as was the case with Mr.[redacted]'s project.
Mr. [redacted] also doesn't understand that as an independent contractor I have to figure all costs into a project and time and mileage are part of those costs.
Concerning the 'third party' claim by Mr. [redacted], carpet tiles in the hallway were damaged by water leaking out of his unit and had to be replaced and the swelling hardwood in his unit had pushed the wall of his unit 1/2" into the hallway. The property manager for his condo unit, [redacted] with [redacted], contacted me to repair the damage caused in the hallway by the water that leaked out of his unit. Mr. [redacted] does not feel, for some reason, that this repair was his responsibility.
Mr. [redacted] seems to want to concentrate on the fact that I am certified and permitted to conceal carry. He accuses me of using the weapon on 'angry customers' yet he has no evidence of this. These are accusations that have no merit and are totally void of facts.
If he has made any other comments I have not received them.

Mr. [redacted] does not seem to understand the meaning of an estimate.  When doing and estimate for water damage it is almost impossible to be able to tell the full extent of the damage until the repair work has been started.  I had removed the flooring that I originally thought was all that was damaged and then brought in my installer to look at it and determine if anymore might need removing.  He informed me that there was other damaged flooring that should be removed and that is the reason for the second charge.  This is something that occurs with regularity concerning water damage. Mr. [redacted]  [redacted] seems to have a problem with the fact that I conceal carry.  I am certified and I have a  conceal carry permit to do so.  The police that he called on me told me that they had been informed that someone was open carrying which illegal in Denver. That was an outright lie. He stated that he “turned me over to the Denver police” for trespassing and theft, which is another outright lie, he called the police on the false claim of open carry. When He asked for the receipt the second time I told him that I didn't have the original one sent to him as it was sent via the credit card company.  I did not make up an invoice for this charge as I have never had to do so for any other customer that paid with a credit card over the phone. I did not tell him to "[redacted]".  That is language that I do not use. By this time other things had happened on this project.  After I had finished my work he asked me to supervise the finishing of the project. He never offered to compensate me for my time.  He insulted and degraded my floor installer to the point I was informed that he would not do this project for Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] then got a 'floor installer' and asked myself and [redacted] from the management company he was using to meet with him.  Again no offer for compensation for my time. I called the 'floor installer' and asked him if he had a moisture meter to test the moisture content of the floor to see if it was dry enough to reinstall what had been removed and then refinished.  Mr. [redacted]'s 'installer' informed me that he didn't own a moisture meter, a necessary tool for a hardwood floor installer.  So I purchased one and again no offer of compensation from Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted]'s 'floor installer' decided that he could not do the project and Mr. [redacted] wanted me to find another installer. Again, there was no offer for compensation of my time. I met with my drywaller at his unit to estimate the cost of replacing damaged drywall that had been removed.  Again, Mr. [redacted] did not offer to compensate me for my time to supervise his project.  My drywaller could not get to it in the time frame that Mr. [redacted] demanded and he decided to do the manage the project himself. At this point I decided that I was not going to continue to be involved with Mr. [redacted].  His demands for me to spend my time and money without compensation, his degrading a floor installer that I have used exclusively for almost 20 years with a complaint from any customer and his degrading of myself was enough. In reference to the $150 'unauthorized charge' it was for damage that the water leaking from his unit into the hallway had caused and he was therefore responsible for.  He did deny that he was responsible for this damage.  I was contracted by the management company for that building, [redacted], to repair the damage.  Carpet squares had been damaged and the wall of his unit had been pushed into the hallway and 5/8" because of the swelling hardwood floor.  The carpet squares had to be replaced and the wall had to be pushed back and whether I repaired it or another contractor repaired it he would have been charged for the repair by the property management company and they felt that since I was already there I could take care of that problem.  I didn’t think that using his electricity for a minute and a half would be a problem as I had spent about four hours of my time attempting to help him finish his project, $220 for my time, driving around 200 miles, $110 for what I charge in mileage and spending $45 on a moisture meter that his installer should have had, all without even an offer of compensation from Mr. [redacted].
