This vehicle was repossessed with a dynamic wheel lift and wheel dollies were used as per the manufacter requires at the time of repossession the debters spouse TOLD THE DRIVER IN ADVANCE before vehicle was secured that the vehicle had mechanical issues and he doubted they would be redeeming ,
Upon arrival debtor Inspected and signed appropriate release documents and drove away .After some time passed we received a complaint from the bank in reference to this claim , A third party inspected this claim and found no fault of MKE , This claim was denied and closed

I am rejecting this response because: My husband never told the M.K.E employees that there was any damageDue to the fact we just had an oil change and the engine checked out days before, for our Christmas trip to HoustonWhen I went to get our car I was told I HAD to sign the paper and pay before I could get my car or do anything with itBefore I even drove off I had seen the transmission light on and went inside and made a complaintThe lady in the office was extremely rude and said she doesn't know what happened that they just brought the car, dropped it off and that I got my car now and needed to leave! We had kids under the age of at that time and I was months pregnantThis vehicle was the only transportation we had and we kept up on taking care of the car, plus my husband was a car mechanic and made sure we kept up on it.
