I told her I was sorry it's has been a crazy weekI did call her and but she didn't aswserI was there on the 9/9/at pm and I am going back 9/10/at am to have the rest of the tile installedI have talked to her several timeThe work will be completed on 9/10/she doesn't
have all the stuff she needed so I am buying it

I did take off $600 for the 6 days I didn’t finish on time and then also took off $200 when you said it was not clean. I did offer to fix any problems that you may have with my work but if it is not my fault I will not fix it for free. That is offering a solution. I am not the one getting upset I just protecting the company anyone can make clams on what was done and if it was bad that’s why I take before and after pictures. I am just stating the facts on what you are lying about and you keep coming up with other things to complain about so you don’t have to pay. I did pay the Plumber and electrician but you have not paid me in full so I am not going to do anything or have them do anything without full payment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
As was stated I did not approve him to charge me all those additional charges, the only charges approved were the electrician and plumber.  The outstanding issues that are still present will not fix themselves and  I will now have to pay and use more of my time and money to repair and fix the mess and subpar work he completed.  This was the most unprofessional contractor I  have dealt with and extremely regret hiring him.  He did not meet agreed upon deadlines, he did not clean the house.  He wiped down the floor which I stated was not cleaning the house and you can reference that exchange in the text messages.   I did not complain to him about  the poor quality of work,  his inability to meet agreed upon deadlines and now attempting to price gouge me.   I had to pay significant amount of money to house my family in a hotel since he could not meet those deadlines as were agreeed upon multiple times.  I also told him to disregard the garbage since he was 18 days past the deadline to complete and I would take care of it myself and then he miraculously showed up.   I will gladly have my witnesses attest to the mess he left, his inability to properly fix and maintain a quality job.  this individual also ordered a white tub instead of bisquit colored.  this tub did not match any of the other fixtures in the bathroom and instead of asking what color he just ordered whatever he wanted.   He also thought that leaving a wood paneled closet in the room that was being drywalled yet he was instructed to drywall the entire bathroom.  I am unsure of his ability to gather how anyone would want to leave something they were hired to removed would want to maintain something old and dated that does not match anything else.

OK first off the date was not changed last minute it was changed  a week before hand.  The quote was set at $4,300  for just the bathroom that  included the electrical at $1,000, drywall and painting of the drywall at $1,400, and a new tub surround for a $1,000...

and 10 hours of demo at $70 and hour. The demo included all the walls  and ceiling and the old tile tub surround. We were going to leave the closet so I didn't have to rebuild it to save money. On October 24, 2016, I got there at 8:32 am - he gave me half of the $4,300 (2,150) I told him I would come back at 10 am. I started the demo on bathroom I took out the cabinet and found the floor had water damage. He came in and told me to remove all the flooring which included the tile,  3/4 subfloor and the 1x3 boards that what attached to the concrete floor. Then he came back and told me to take out the closet so I did that as well. Then we found out that the plumbing was all galvanized tubing that I had to get a plumber to do the job. Then he wanted all the outlets updated through the whole house so I had the electrician do that while he was there.  After I did all of that I was removing the old tile tub surround and found out that the tub was painted and the surround was not going to cover the green parts of the tub. I asked him if he wanted to get a new tub too and he said yes. So I went out and bought a white tub and surround just like what was in there. After all the demo was done. I couldn't do anything until the electrician and plumber were done. I couldn't get a plumber there for a few weeks. After a week went by he asked what color the tub was I told him it was white but he wanted a biscuit colored tub  so after a few days of checking on the tub I found out I couldn't get one in for three weeks but he still wanted a biscuit tub so I told him I will check on amazon. I told him I could get one but it would cost more to have it shipped to the house and he said "get it", so I did. I had to put the plumber off and he didn't come back because he was busy so I had to find another plumber. The tub came in one day early on November 15, 2016 but I had to send it back due to it being smashed up. It took another week to get the new tub in. The plumber didn't want to start until the new tub and surround came in. The new tub can in on the 23rd of November. I called the plumber and he couldn't get to it until Monday the 28, 2016. The plumber finished up the rough in on Thursday December 1st, 2016. I came in and put up the drywall, closet, put down the new floor, pained the walls and ceiling and put the trim back on by December 13th, 2016. I cleaned his house on December 14, 2016 witch I have a  video walk through of the house after it was cleaned. The electrician finished up on December 15th, 2016. The client had notified me about dust in the house a week before the job was done and demanded that I have a professional cleaner come in and clean his whole house before I was even done with the job. That's the only thing he told me about the job. I was trying to get all the garbage out of the garage. On December 20, 2016 my truck broke down as I was trying to take garbage out of the clients garage and I didn't get my tuck back until December 27th, 2016. The client was notified about this. The new quote that I sent to him with all of the updates totaled out to be 10,656.65. It included $2,500 for the electrician $2,200 for the plumber and $1,000 for the surround witch I didn't charge him for the tub. $1,000 for taking out the closet and rebuilding it and a new door for it and trim for it. Then there is $1,456.65 for the demo of the floor and subfloor and installation of new subfloor and tile. I had to bring in a dumpers that I could only have there for a week which casted $400, and I still had the 10 hours of demo for $70 an hour. After he received the new quote he start complaining about the job and how messy is still was and that he didn't want to pay. I took off $800 for the complains that he made. I took of $200 for cleaning and $600 for the 6 days the house was not finished. He didn't tell me about anything about it being dusty so  that dropped the total to $9,856.65. Client gave me $2,150 at the start of the project so his balance was $7,706.65. I received a check for $6,000 on January 23, 2017 I emailed him that he still had a balance of 1,706.65 left and if I didn't hear back from him that I would have to continue with further action starting on Monday January 30,2017. I didn't hear anything from him and now he will have a lien on his property for the remaining balance. I do have pictures and a video of the work of what it looked like after it was done and cleaned and during the whole process of work.  I also have all the emails and text message that were sent back and fourth and he never complained in any of the texts that we exchanged. All in all he has paid me $8,150 with only covers the materials.
