At this time, I have been contacted directly by Mkorslife.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The company sent me an email stating they were changing their website name from Mkorslife.com to mkorslifes.comI responded back letting them know I had Asked for my order to be canceled by emailing customer service twice as that was the only contact providedI notified them that as they had not responded and, I had contacted Revdex.com and my bankThey responded three days later letting me know I could pay return shipping to China and then I would be able to get a refundMy bank advised me not to do this, as merchandise arrived the day of the email and was not authentic Michael kors In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The company sent me an email stating they were changing their website name from Mkorslife.com to mkorslifes.com. I responded back letting them know I had Asked for my order to be canceled by emailing customer service twice as that was the only contact provided. Review: Items claim to be genuine Michael kors. I realized today that several people have posted indicating products are fraud and cheap replicas; despite online guarantee on the website that they are authentic Michael kors bags. The item I ordered is not even a Michael kors bag brand; which I found out today after contacting the Michael kors website and finding out the bag I ordered is not even close to their Skorpio bags. Several comments on ** indicate this is a scam together banking info and send poor quality items. I contacted the company and asked for a refund early this evening (after seeing posts from other people on **) and have yet to receive a response.Desired Settlement: I do not want a cheap, replica bag. I would like money refunded in full and product not to be sent.

Review: I ordered 2 Mkors purses offline from this company on Jan *, 2015. When I attempted to pay with my debit card it kept reading error and we ended up using my Moms credit card in order to pay. To this date we have not received any merchandise. After emailing them several times I finally got a response that my order shipped January ** and It would arrive within 5 to 7 days. Today is January the [redacted] well past the 7 days. I researched the company after becoming suspicious because of the poor grammar in the email and found negative comments. One person commented not to buy from the company because at the end of their transaction their card also read error but the company took funds from their account each time an error occurred. Another person commented that their money was taken and they never received their merchandise. I have sent emails requesting tracking information and a phone number to call and they are not responding. On yesterday I got an email where they changed the name from Mkorslife.com to Mkorslifes.com. At this point and time I'm sure the purses are fake as well as this website so I am requesting a full refund $127.00Desired Settlement: Since this was intentional fraud I would like my refund plus compensation for wasting my time and this company needs to be researched and shut down
