The customer sent us a letter to cancel their warranty which we did but they never sent us any notification to cancel the gap insuranceOur business manager will contact the customer to explain and attempt to resolve

Our service director, Jeff W***, has been in contact with [redacted] to help him resolve his issuesWe will continue to reach out and try to help with all of his concerns
We are currently reviewing the paperwork and will respond once we've determined what the settlement is
