Good afternoon folks, Ms [redacted] , This is long past the time I should have responded to this and I regret ignoring it until now Ms [redacted] , you came to my site in good faith, made your purchase & and received nothing from me No communication, no order, nothing I'd like to offer my apology for that It's far from my behavior Your purchase took place during a period of time I was having a great deal of difficulty and I didn't handle it very well The fault is mine I created a site that generated more than I could possibly keep up with My mistake was not closing it once I realized it Instead I kept trying to find ways that would allow me to deal with it In that, I failed But I carried you along with me, and a number of others and I regret that My problems are not your problems Paypal informs me your purchase has been refunded so at least that came out allright Again, my apology for my less than professional performance

Turn around was very quick; communication online was friendly; the engraved plaque I ordered for my moms bench came just as ordered Great job

Good afternoon folks, Mr***, I'd like first off to offer my apology for my behavior. That in itself was bad enough; but made worse by the fact that it involved your son. I'm truly sorry you were caught up in my problems. While it doesn't excuse it, I was going
through a period that was difficult for me and I'm afraid I didn't do a very good job handing it. I've checked the records and am aware your purchase was refunded so at least that came out allright. To correct the problem I've taken my old site down. You see, in all my years in business I've worked to become a "success". I finally accomplished that with my last site only to discover I couldn't handle it. That reality was behind my problem and went on a good while simply because I wanted what I couldn't do. In retrospect it was dumb. I carried folks like yourself along with me and that was totally unfair to my customers. Especially young ones. I can't make it up to you, but I can say I'm sorry. Please pass my apology to your son as well. He learned a valuable life lesson but it wasn't my place to teach it to him. At any rate, I apologize for my behavior and hope you folks were able to find a substitute you were happy with
