They have been doing my taxes for a couple of years. Last year I had noticed they have been charging me quit a bit so I was not going to use them again. I received a letter in mail from IRS saying I was being audited and we owed. Mae was suppose to take care of it. She is not giving me any information if she did or not. This is the only reason why I was using her this year again to make sure it was straightened out. I dropped my taxes off to her last week of February, as of today 4/24/20 they still aren't done. I have reached out to her several times all I get is excuses if she answers my calls or texts. I just want my forms back to go somewhere else. She won't return any text messages or calls for me to get them back. Just give me forms and money from audit. This is not how you run a business. She has been charging me $800+ to do my taxes. There is no reason why I should have been audited or have to wait months to get taxes done or try and pick them up to bring somewhere else. Please help

The ***'s have been my clients for many years and I always charge my clients according to how much time and work goes into doing their taxes. They have a lot of paperwork and they know it. I will not explain personal reasons as to why they were audited but we sent out the forms to fix this months ago and the ***'s have proof of this. It is in the hands of the IRS and it is NOT our fault that they have not gotten back to us on this. In regards to this year's taxes, we have them ready but we have not sent them in as we have been waiting to hear back from the IRS about the previous year so the ***'s don't get charged for the audit in this year's refund. Mr. and Mrs. are very much aware of this. Also, my employees and I we're out of the office from March 6th to April 20th due to Covid-19. As a matter of fact I was very ill, had to get tested and was quarantined in my home throughout this time. Most of my clients that contacted me during this time are aware of this. Currently, it is only I and one other employee in the office to cut down social contact. Today, May 1st 2020, I received this complaint from Revdex.com so I called Mrs. and she tried to excuse herself and said that she tried to take back the complaint but it was too late. All of their paperwork is ready but I am not going to send it in. I am going to have them pick up all their paperwork from my office as I do not want them as clients anymore. Especially during these difficult times that we are all going through, this is very disappointing. Thanks and God Bless you !!

Mae finally did reach out to me during the week of April 27th and finally let us know what was going on and why my taxes were never filed. She also did email me her response to the IRS that week as well. I wish she would have given me all the information in the beginning so we knew what we were waiting on but that is in the past now. We had no intention on using her again next year anyway after this year it was very a very upsetting situation to put us in. We will gladly go pickup our paperwork. Thank You
