Very, Very happy with MLS, they did a great job on two different occasions FIrst, they poured a new patio the width of my house The drainage is perfect, it still flows away from the house with no shallow spots after yrs They sealed the concrete so now it only takes a power wash in the spring to clean it and it looks beautiful, no crack, no chips after yrs
Second, they came out and repaired some tuck pointing/replaced bricks on a chimney area There was leakage in the basement from the chimney area and they came out and fixed it in one day Beautiful work, better than new no basement leaks since then
MLS also did some plumbing work I had old pipes that needed to be replaced Their guy came out and replaced the entire section around my washer/dryer area including the drains and the pipes were replaced with new copper piping Looks great, new water pipes, new sink new drain pipes Looks great, works so much better Not a leak, not a call back on anything
I would highly, highly recommend MLS for any repair work I needed They have experienced, highly qualified guys to do any job that needs to be donePrices are great, work done on time, they always clean up after themselves and in all these years I have never had a single problem with anything they have done and would easily call them for any work I needed done

Repaired major hail damage at the end of the fall season
Performed a tear-off roof and installed new vents, trim, gutters and membrane roofing/architectural shingles
Put on new fanboard, wrap, and vinyl sidingNew aluminum trim to replace old, and new aluminum eave venting
MLS gave a reasonable price and Matt did a nice job of reassuring us through the processHe communicated clearly and was patient with us as we were going through the insurance processMLS included a lot of the little touches to finish the job even though they hadn't explicitly been stated in the contractAlthough the project went a day longer than I think they had planned, MLS didn't try to seek additional compensation, and they completed the project in a prompt manner and didn't leave anything lingering or hanging as some contractors doWhen we had a few things that looked off aesthetically, the crew foreman responded and corrected them promptly to our satisfactionThey also did a good job of cleaning up and were mindful of my landscape
I got a new roof, siding, and oversize gutters within the insurance estimator's price guidelines, so I'm thrilled I didn't have to shoulder the financial burden personally, but I believe that MLS provided a fair value propositionIt was clear from the beginning that they weren't out to gouge meI got another estimate with different pricepoints from another contractor based on materials and warranty, but even the lowest price option was $4k above the MLS estimate (which is what I ended up paying in the end)
I am the kind of guy who would prefer to do my own repairs, but this is definitely one I am glad I left to the professionalsI would definitely work with Matt and MLS again in the future if I had another reason to
