the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseTRAXNYC corp has not sent the correct lnks for the Rolex that I purchased Please see photo The links do not match the watch bracelet They are a completely different style I do understand that mistakes can happen, but when TRAXNYC corp has a photo of the watch they sold to me, I am dismayed that they cannot send the correct links for the watch So, here it is, June ***, and I purchased the watch early Oct2015, I had to return the watch more than once to TRAXNYC and he last time it was sent back for repairs, the watch came back with two bracelet links missing The watch is supposed to fit up to an inch wrist (as stated in purchase agreement/sale contract), yet the current watch has a bracelet that will only fit a and 1/wrist I do not understand why I have purchased a watch that I cannot wear I have been very patient with TRAXNYC corp, but am very disappointed All I asked was for TraxNYC corp to send me the two links for the watch that were on the bracelet and today I receive two small links that are not even the same style I have asked TraxNYC corp via email (to Revdex.com with my complaint case number) to promptly send me an overnight label so that I can return these links to them ASAP and finally receive the appropriate links for the simple oyster bracelet that is a very common bracelet for the watch I have purchased Seems unreasonable that I have paid a significant amount of money for a nice watch, yet am unable to wear it because it is too small after I had returned it to them for repairs I had hoped that TRAXNYC would uphold the original sale contract and am still waiting for this company.Dear Revdex.com, Please advise on best course of action Thank you, *** ***

The customer purchased a hand made to order item that takes time to makeThere was a small delay with the production time but the item was shipped to the satisfied customerWe are working with the customer to make up for the delay in production time

 After review, I am not in agreement with the response. I still had not received the item. The company did call me after this complaint was opened. The company explained there was a shipment issue from their supplier and would send it out first thing in the morning with a full refund of my shipping payment due to the issue. I did receive the item this week but have not received my refund for the shipping. They said it they would process it this week. Have not seen it go through my bank account yet. I have ordered from this company once already and the item arrived promptly and in good condition. Which is why I had decided to order from them again. I would still like to do future business with this company as the items received are in good order. Just awaiting my refund on shipment right now.

Hi, I am sorry for the delayed response, we no longer use the email that this has been sent to and I have spoken with someone at the Revdex.com about this on Friday...     I am sorry you had an issue with this chain, I looked at your order from 2010 and it stated that it is a white gold...

10k chain and 49.3 gr. I also noticed it had a lock, which the chain in question does not. I want to help you and by no means stating you are not telling the truth. I think it is important after 7 years to do tow things: Number 1, make sure it is the same chain, if a chain was copper, after 7 years it would be green (copper oxidizes) and would never last 7 years without doing so. Number two, I think it is important to get the chain "scanned" for a mineral test, this will state "every" mineral and metal in the test, an acid test or magnet test is not sufficient to determine what you are stating. We have been in business for 13 years and have sold thousands of gold chains, I am confident what you have is gold (and 10k gold has several minerals/alloys mixed with gold itself). However, if we determine that the chain is the same chain, which we need to verify the exact weight of the chain, and we receive the mineral test results and the chain is "NOT" gold, I will reimburse you for the mineral test and we will work out the situation with the chain by replacing with an equal weight chain. That is a very fair solution I believe and I am not in anyway trying to avoid this issue, however what you have stated and put on this website (Revdex.com) is a very serious claim, you are stating we sold you a fraudulent item, and it is a serious matter... So you can understand why we need "PROOF" that this claim is the reality  and not just you going to a pawn shop and them telling you this without proving it with a "Mineral test", which is the ONLY way to determine the truth. I checked your name and found a letter you sent, however the letter is not sufficient proof of the items contents, it is merely a letter. I hope to get this rectified and I promise you that if the test determines this is the case, it will be handled (we do not manufacture chains, as we get them from the manufacturers and resell them). I look forward to rectifying this and both of us moving on amicably.
