This letter is in response to case #*** M&M Automotive II.Our company received a customer complaint letter on November 21, regarding ***.Our initial records reflect that ** *** *** ** came to our lot times to check the vehicle before purchase and everything come up good, than
he purchase the vehicle and he pay it off in one month.The customer purchased the vehicle "AS-IS"That means the customer purchased the vehicle as it was and the business is not liable for issues that the customer finds after purchase.Our dealership is open Monday-Saturday from am - 5pmif you have any further questions on concerns, please contact us at ***
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

This letter is in response to our first complaint Case# [redacted] on M&M Automotive. We do not dispute the fact the car was purchased "As Is."Our complaint this that we asked you to keep the car for 1 week and check out all of the systems in the car, so that we would not be hit with a surprise large repair bill. We told Walid that we were purchasing the car!!!! Again we asked Walled to keep the car for one week and indicated anything that needed to be fixed let us know.Walid or the sales representative called us and told us that they had checked all of the systems. They said that everything was good and everything checks out OK. We came picked up the car made a payment and we came back once more to pay the last payment. Yes, we were there a total of three times to purchase and pay the remaining balance on the car. We believed them. We did what we said that we would do, however, they did not. As soon as it got cold the heat nor the defrost worked. We called Walid and said the defrost nor the heat are working and you said that all of the car's systems were good and everything else checked out Ok. We asked them if they would share in the cost of the repair since we gave them an opportunity to tell us what was wrong with the car upfront. They said, "No.''Our complaint stands because yes we purchased the car "As Is." They specifically told us everything checks out OK. We feel that it would he only fair for them to pay for half of the repair since they were dishonest. Obviously, they did not check all of the systems. We promise that we will tell everyone we come in contact with regarding the Integrity of this dealership. Dealerships with poor INTEGRITY should not be able to stand behind "AS IS."
