[redacted] from the business called and said that this customer purchased the vehicle "As-Is"that means the customer purchased the vehicle as it was and the business is not liable for issues that the customer finds after purchase

The business spoke with Revdex.com and stated that the full amount of $2,is due, and that they will not accept a payment planThe business stated that the customer is payments behind on the loan, and that the initial check that was written for the taxes on the vehicle bounced and has not been paidAt this point they have stated they are only willing to accept the full amount

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The only reason that I am rejecting the offer is that they have gotten rid of my truck without notifly meI never received a letter from them the only documents that I have received was from this businessWhat was sent to this business it never stated that I had a certain amount of days to reply or to get the full amount before they take farther actions I understand that I own the amount that was stated but I have no way to have all that amount up front I found out yesterday that they got rid of the truck and I wasn't notify about any actions When I called yesterday (July 2015) it was stated to me that Mike had talked to the owner but he never shared the information with me, Rather the infomation was letting go of the truck or working something outMike just told me that they got rid of the truck and my belongings are in the Lost and FoundThere have been a couple of times that the owner has talked with Mike or Adam and I have been unaware of the conversation or the determintation of my truck When I have called I have been unable to talk with the owner So when ii have tried to reach out and cannot get no response or be able to talk to the owner Beyond with this businesss I have also reached out to other avenues I just feel like that they are doing things under the table with this situtation and doing everything they possible can do so I don't get it back I have tried and still is trying

Review: Purchased car and in less than 30 days, I have had it towed twice, fixed the alternator and a belt on it, and was told on Christmas day that something was wrong with the engine/timing. I can't pay for the car for paying for repairs.Desired Settlement: I would like for the car to be fixed by my mechanic or a refund of my down payment. I do not trust them to fix it at there shop. They should be responsible for paying for the repairs since the car cost 10grand.

Review: I went to M&ms M automotive to test drive a [redacted]. The dealer lied and said they changed and aligned the tired on the car that day. After a day the car starts wobbling. I take it back within 24hrs and expressed the issue with the tire and my chair not coming up & the doors stopped locking and the battery is now acting up. He laughs and tell me to sit on a pillow and say sends me to a mechanic that doesn't do alignments who also expressed that all my tires were bad and they were never changed. I call the owner and he rejects the information and tried to make me pay for the repairs. I asked for the dealer to change the tires and he refused and started an angry dispute. Still these problems exist and now. I've tried numerous times to negotiate and he continues to disrespect and refuse fixing the problems. I am a educated adult who feels he took advantage of me.Desired Settlement: An alignment is paid for so my car will ride properly and will not wobble. Also a lock pad to safely lock my doors and a new battery all things that should been fixed when I was there the first day that he gave me the run around.

Review: On March 13 2015. I purchase a 03 truck from this dealership. First the salemam seem to busy to help with the truck as for questions etc... Well shortly after I purchase the truck I became seriously ill where I was unable to make my truck notes. On May 29 2015my truck got repo. On Ma020Which I understand why it did. On Monday June 1 2015 I called to explain my situation and I that I will be in at the end of the week to pick my truck up the receptionist I talked with at 10:00 that morning adviced me that no one was in that she will take a message for someone to when someone gets in. Well 2 hours went by.and I didn't get a return call so I called back and talk to Mike. Mike broke down the fees that I own which didn't add up to the quote they told me. I spoke with the receptionist on Friday June 5 2015 to advice them that I would be in on Monday with the money . She said okay. On June 6 2015 the receptionist called me and told me that I couldn't pick my truck up plus I would have to pay $2300 instead of $1850 which was what they told me before. She also stated to me that she nevertalked to me nor have her bosses. I told her thar I had talked to her the following week at 10:00 in ton a Saturday morning. She said they open up at 9:30 not 10:00 (website states differently)She was very nasty. with me and changing her story. There was to much information that was shared with me regarding my truck that couldn't be shared or made up for me to be able to restate what was told to me. When I asked to speak to Mike it was told me he wasn't there then they put the phone down and came back saying he was with a customer. I willbe going down to try to get my truck back. The receptionist didn't even want me to come down there to talk with someone face-to-face. Under the law I was suppose to received a letter on how much I am suppose to pay to resolve the matter and I never received it. Everytime I call my phone calls get avoid or I don't get a call back from the proper person.Desired Settlement: To address the miscommunication and the false information that has been told to me. I would like to either get my truck back or a refund. I would like the unprofessional staff to be address. I just want the Revdex.com to know what kind of business is being conducting. I do feel since I am a young black female they are trying to get over on me.
