CUSTOMER CAME IN DUE TO A CONCERN ABOUT HER BRAKESTIM HAD OUR TECH GO FOR A RIDE WITH THE CUSTOMER TO BE SURE WE HEARD THE NOISE SHE WAS HEARING SO THAT WE COULD ADDRESS THE ISSUEMS *** WAS TOLD THAT HER BRAKES WERE BAD & THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACEDSHE AGREED TO THE REPAIR
& SIGNED THE AUTHORIZATIONSHE DID COME BACK & ADJUSTMENTS WERE MADE UNDER WARRANTYSHE CALLED & SAID THAT SHE HAD A YELLOW SPOT INSIDE OF HER VEHICLEI ASKED FOR HER TO COME IN SO THAT WE COULD TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMSHE HAS NOT COME IN

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me, as you have never once stated how/what will be done to address and reconcile my issues your shop has causedHowever, my attorney advised me I should take it back to M&M and give you the chance to make everything rightI will give you one last chance to fix my breaks so they no longer squeak, and give you a chance to clean or replace the fabric in my carThere is nothing alleged about what I’ve saidI contacted the scientific evidence division of Albuquerque Police Department crime lab to have finger prints pulled from the greasy black hand-prints M&M left on my carIf I need to take this further in a small claims lawsuit, I am prepared to do soIf you don't fix my breaks properly and get my fabric back to the original condition it was in prior to me bringing it in, then I’ll call my attorney back and we will take this claim to courtThis being said, I accept it your response with conditionsI need to know what you plan on doing to clean my fabric, as I don't want the same chemicals you sprayed on it last time to get off the black your mechanics left; that chemical turned my fabric yellowI want this to be the final time I have to waste my time in your shop.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept their answer. They are lying in their very first statement. I went in there to find out why my car was making a clicking noise and smelt funny. If we can’t come to a resolution I’ll file a civil complaint at the Metropolitan Court, and have my attorney request a lie detector be present. My breaks sound and feel worse than before I came in to that store. I didn’t even go in for my breaks! What kind of business makes a verbal agreement stating they will call me to let me know what they find before starting any work, then calls me three days later stating I owe them $500.00! Then to make matters worse I have to keep taking my car back to them as my breaks never stopped squeaking and got even worse. Every time I would break my car would shake/grind every time. I’ve already brought my car back to them four times and wasted my entire day without a car or waiting hours in the shop! The fourth time supposedly they finally got it right, but ruined the fabric in my car and my breaks still squeak. I stated to the manager my car had black marks all over the fabric and from them trying to clean off the black, whatever cleaner they used turned the fabric yellow. When I advised him of this all he said is, “Bring it in and we’ll take care of it.” Yeah like I trust this company to do anything right. I do not want, nor do I feel I have should have to suffer any more dealing with this company. I have already had to endure all their mistakes and lack of character and morals in taking advantage of me because I am a female. The manager never even told me what he will do to take care of it, nor did he even apologize! I am completely appalled with this company and their lack of ability to do things right, and lack of integrity and ownership. They need to take ownership of this horrible situation they put me through and make it right. And if these people don’t come to that realization then we will take it to court and see how a judge feels about what they have done to me. I want a full refund and for them to replace the fabric in my car, as I have come to realize I will need to take my car elsewhere for the breaks and now replace the fabric in my car this company ruined.

Mrs [redacted] came into M&M Body to repair hail damage on her vehicle. The repairs were done through a process called paintless dent removal. This process requires no filler or refinishing. Mrs [redacted] complained about her dome light not working. I called & spoke with the claim rep at USAA to get...

approval to repair this problem. Both Mrs [redacted] & myself were advised by USAA that this problem was not related to her hail loss & therefore would not be covered by this claim. I went out of my way & offered Mrs [redacted] a ride home & then to deliver her vehicle to her when it was ready. this was not acceptable to her. I then offered her a rental car at no charge. She did accept. She requested help with her kids car seats when the rental car arrived   We attempted to help, however after a few minutes my estimator told her he did not know how they are attached. I told her that for the safety of her kids that it was better for her to attach the seats. She then went off on a rant & began to tell my other customers in the office how awful M&M was. She then said she no longer wanted the rental car. She said  she would just take it elsewhere.         S

ONE AGAIN IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED, I AM HAPPY TO DO SO. HOWEVER I WILL NOT REFUND ANY PAYMENT OR PAY ANOTHER SHOP TO CLEAN ANY ALLEGED SPOT IN HER FABRIC. M&M HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 33 YEARS & HAS NEVER HAD AN UNRESOLVED CLAIM WITH Revdex.com. IF I AM CORRECT WE HAVE HAD 3 COMPLAINTS IN 33 YEARS.

I am rejecting this response because: USAA appraisal came to checked my car before we took it to M&M and all the lights were working. M&M told us that they had to removed the whole roof to do the hail repair and they did something to the internal lights. We agreed to leave my car until they repaired the electric damage. I was told that it was fixed and ready but they worked for few days and they stop working again. I have all the documentation from USAA that validates what I'm declaring in this message. The serviceman at m and m told us the electrical problem was "human error". I do not think that taking the vehicle for a third time to fix the electrical problems was wise. They did an outstanding job repairing the hail damage but through multiple attempts made it clear they are not familiar with skills necessary to disassemble and reassemble an electrical system. You are correct in assuming that hail did not cause the electrical damage. It was m and m repair of the hail damage that caused the electrical problem and now we are forced out of pocket to fix the electrical system. I do not understand the basis of your rejection of our complaint.

ONCE AGAIN, YOU ARE WELCOME TO COME IN AT YOUR CONVENIENCE. I CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT I WILL USE TO CLEAN YOUR SEAT UNTIL IS SEE WHAT IT IS YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.

As per my previous response the electrical short is not related to the repair done on her vehicle.
