I recently spoke with the customer and we will provided a $compnesation toward the purchase or installation of a new thermostat (whichever the customer would Like) to reolve the issues and when we install the thermostat, we will check to make sure the equipment is operating correctly The customer was in agreement with this solution

Multiple visits were required to perfect installation and operation of this consumers ac system. Given this occurred at the peak of our recent heat wave the consumer's frustration is understandable. Circumstances were complicated by a challenging attic installation.All concerns were
resolved in a responsive, professional manner and the system is operating properly. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this customer experienced and appreciate the cooperation as we worked to get everything resolved

Mrs*** ***,I apologize for lack of response to this matter I will thoroughly investigate why this happened - both the lack of response, and the original issue around poor worksmanship That is not what you should expect from our company I will be issuing you a $refund for

Following up on our conversation from Tuesday – I finally heard back from this consumer late yesterday.  We both agreed to do some more homework and talk again next week.  Will post reply on line after resolution conversation with consumer.

Our owner appreciated being able to speak with this consumer regarding their concern.  Credit for purchase was issued promptly on June 10th and the consumer did not realize it.  The consumer provided feedback regarding their experience which is helpful and greatly appreciated.

My name is [redacted] and I'm writing in regards to the complaint I opened back in July about MMComfort systems AC installation services.
 
I apologize for the late response but my son will undergo surgery tomorrow and the past month has been hectic beside that every time I tried to update the information I  couldn't find  the link to answer to your messages on the Revdex.com website.
 
I saw that the complaint is closed however it  shows that we are unsatisfied with their services,  AS I said I couldn't find the link on the website where I could update the information.
 
I would like to let you know that MM Comfort systems throughout the whole process was extremely caring and professional. Even though they weren't able to solve the problem immediately they kept daily contact with us making sure we were aware of all the efforts being made to solve our problem. They handled the situation in the best way possible and we felt supported as clients. 
 
Their team was extremely helpful and doing everything they could to solve the problem. I really feel this was an single unfortunate situation and I do believe the company is reliable . If I had to chose again I would definitely hire their services to install my AC system and I do feel extremely comfortable referring their services to neighbors interested in having AC systems installed ( I've just done that this past week).
 
If you could please update this information I would much appreciate it.
