I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI was told the tile would be delivered before Thanksgiving. It was delivered the week after without the grout that I paid for and still did not get. I did not refuse to pick up anything. I told Matt that my contractors would not come all the way out to Albion to pick up the tile and he said he would deliver it. I did not see a "no refunds" sign and Matt did not explain there was a no refund policy otherwise I would have got the tile at Home Depot. The receipt does not state "no refunds". He came out and measured incorrectly resulting in a lot of leftover tile. How he can claim the amount ordered was correct is beyond me since there is a lot of leftover tile which I want to be reimbursed for. It is not common knowledge to allow 15% for wasteMatt's whole statement is simply not true. I am very, very unhappy dealing with this guy. Regards, *** ***

Hello, I would like to respond to this complaint.I delivered the tile as soon as it was shipped to my warehouse and the customer was never told an exact date that the tile would arrive, simply would receive a phone call when it comes in to discuss delivery timeThe customer refused to pick up
the tile herself and we do not usually deliver material, but we delivered the tile to make her happyThe customer came to my store to pick out the tile where there is a sign on the wall that clearly states " no refunds." This is due to the fact that I cannot return my material to my supplier and I am not a big enough company to offer return or refundsThe amount of tile ordered was the correct amountIt is common knowledge when ordering stone material to add about 15% in for waste used on the project.Matthew ***
