As the manager of the call center I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] on 7/22/2016. She was fine with me sending her via email troubleshooting instructions. And advised her to contact us for assistance and to have the parts needed sent at no charge...

with no shipping and handling fees. As to date no response has been received from them.

Review: I purchased a sofa and loveseat from this company back in early June of this year and after receiving my purchase, I found a dead bedbug underneath one of the pillows as I was cleaning it. I called MM Furniture and spoke with someone by the name of Bill and told him about my issue; he informed me that he would reach out to the manufacturer and give me a call back, but that was almost 3 weeks ago. I have called twice and left a message and no one has returned my call. The company only provides a 30-day exchange and I'm afraid that they are dragging this out so that they don't have to honor their exchange policy.Desired Settlement: I would either like a full refund or a replacement item and the opportunity to inspect it when it is delivered.
