Placed an order for a couch weeks ago, after a week I had to send an email asking for the status of my order because they took the money out of my account for the couch but provided absolutely NO UPDATE on the status of the couch or when it would get deliveredFinally received a phone call to let me know the couch was back ordered and would come in approximately weeksI finally get an email confirming the couch would be delivered today, I replied back asking if the driver could give me a call within minutes of delivery - NO RESPONSEI had to call again this morning to see if anyone was still alive at this place and could confirm if my couch was being delivered todayReceived a response that yes it was being delivered and the driver would call me minutes in advanceWHY THE HECK DIDN'T SOMEONE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL THEN - CLEARLY SOMEONE READ ITThen the driver calls me indicating he was delivering to my billing location and not my delivery location and could not deliver the couch!! It's Easter weekend, I cancelled plans to be home for hours waiting for this couch, you mean to tell me you don't know where Manhattan is!!! I asked the store to call me back with a response, do you think anyone called me back??? OF COURSE NOTWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER experienced from a furniture storeNow they want to tell me they won't know until Monday when they can deliverI have guests coming this week and now I have nowhere to sit or put themExtremely UNPROFESSIONAL company who has no idea how to provide customer service

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE After first selling me a desk that they actually no longer offer, and then nullifying the sale, they required that I choose another product They then refused to uphold their commitment to price-match another vendor (Hayneedle.com) For some reason, I decided to keep the order agonizing weeks later, after zero progress updates, no delivery projections, and only sporadic responses, I was finally put in touch with the shipper -- a third-party, mind you The person I spoke with was literally the truck driver and gave only vague references to where they were in the country and refused to speculate when they would eventually make it to my state While in an information blackout for solid weeks, MM Furniture inexplicably charges my credit card for the entire amount ($2000) with no explanation Eventually, after demanding a delivery date from MM Furniture, they once again, passed me off to their shipping partner (after all, they already had my money!) The shipping company eventually gave me a delivery time (less than hours away!) I had to reschedule them as a result, they then changed it twice, and then they ultimately failed to show up When I finally reached them, the driver screamed at me and indicated that he would skip my delivery MM Furniture refunded my money Here I am with no merchandise after months of waiting DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered over weeks ago A week AFTER I placed an order for a sofa, love-seat and matching chair I received a call saying the chair was not available and would I still like to have the rest of my order?" Of course not!, I want the whole set I asked for the order to be cancelled After getting the run around about them not being able to cancel my order for a few days they phoned and said that they can indeed now get the chair GREAT! proceed It is now a month later, I phoned yesterday for a status update and received an email today stating nothing except that my order has been CANCELLED!!! WHAT? I have been waiting over a month now for furniture, I have purchased matching drapes, area rug, end tables and artwork and I HAVE NO FURNUTURE and NO explanation!! - MMFurniture will not answer my phone calls or emails WORST Customer service EVER!!!!

Purchased a kitchen table from here on 3/26. Get an email confirming order. Silence for weeks. Email placed---again, silence--no reply--nothing! Money taken from bank account 4/13. Check my account on their site---update---READY to ship!!!!???!!! Place more emails--nothing. It's now 4/27---account still says "READY TO SHIP" Place 2 phone calls & another email to them---SILENCE!! Please don't buy from this place---it is totally ridiculous to have to wait almost 5 weeks and hear nothing about your order!!!!!! How difficult is it to answer the phone or reply to emails!!!!This place shouldn't be in business!!!

I finally get an email confirming the couch would be delivered today, I replied back asking if the driver could give me a call within 30 minutes of delivery - NO RESPONSE. I had to call again this morning to see if anyone was still alive at this place and could confirm if my couch was being delivered today. Received a response that yes it was being delivered and the driver would call me 30 minutes in advance. WHY THE HECK DIDN'T SOMEONE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL THEN - CLEARLY SOMEONE READ IT. Then the driver calls me indicating he was delivering to my billing location and not my delivery location and could not deliver the couch!! It's Easter weekend, I cancelled plans to be home for 5 hours waiting for this couch, you mean to tell me you don't know where Manhattan is!!! I asked the store to call me back with a response, do you think anyone called me back??? OF COURSE NOT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER experienced from a furniture store. Now they want to tell me they won't know until Monday when they can deliver. I have guests coming this week and now I have nowhere to sit or put them. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL company who has no idea how to provide customer service.
