M&M Gutters

The estimator, Tyler, was very professional when he gave me the estimate and when he followed up with a couple of minor concerns. He was very willing to answer all my questions. The crew did a great job as well. I am very satisfied with M&M, glad they are local.

After several weeks of calling only once was a phone call/voicemail returnedUnfortunately I was away from my phone at the time, I promptly called back(min) and left another voicemailNo response On Wednesday, June at 4:30pm, I called and [redacted] answeredHe stated he was with a roofer and would call me right backAs of Friday, June 3, he has not I also made an appointment thru Home Advisor(HA)The morning of the appointment a HA rep called me to tell me they could not get in touch with M&M either and recommended some other companiesI appreciated the call M&M had come recommended by a friend and they are local for meGiven the reviews on HA, this was somebody I really wanted to consider, not only for my home, but several properties I operate I had originally called a local gutter company I had done business withThey told me they were just too busy with a large project and also recommended M&MI thanked him for his honesty and I won't hesitate to call them again M&M has been a waste of time for meIf they are just too busy, I would have appreciated a call stating soIt would have gone a long way

Did not show up or call for 2 appointments. They showed up on my door the day after the 2nd appointment, without even a call.

On Wednesday, June 1 at 4:30pm, I called and [redacted] answered. He stated he was with a roofer and would call me right back. As of Friday, June 3, he has not.

M&M had come recommended by a friend and they are local for me. Given the reviews on HA, this was somebody I really wanted to consider, not only for my home, but several properties I operate.

M&M has been a waste of time for me. If they are just too busy, I would have appreciated a call stating so. It would have gone a long way.
