The employee that took the call was told by Mr. [redacted] that he needed shows cancelled as he wasn’t sure when his wife could travel. My employee assumed it was all of them, and Mr. [redacted] was not clear or specific on if he wanted to keep any of them. He had called and expressed his concern and I...

apologized to him and told him I could offer him 8th row center seats and if there were any cancellations that we would move him closer. He had previously had 2nd row center seats. He would not give me a credit card. He called 2 days before the show and agreed they would like the 8th row seats. The day of the show, they were a no-show.
