We just got back to our car only to find it had been broken intoThey went through the hood, trunk and inside of the carAll of my account information has been stolen and we are currently waiting for the policeThe man who runs this establishment is not helping and even tried to blame it on usI do not recommend this parking service to anyonePlease take your business elsewhere

The valet, M&M parking is incompetent at [redacted] They made my experience at the restaurant one to remember in the worst way possible and I will not be returning again, and you shouldn't eitherI went to have an enjoyable lunch and got my car back with pieces missing! They decided that it was pertinent to try to fix my car on the lot without askingThey could not open the driver door because the lock gets stuck and doesn't unlock on occasionInstead of asking me while I was waiting for the car, they took it upon themselves to "fix" the problem and ripped out the whole key mechanism out of my BMWThey ended up doing what they should have done from the beginning and asked me how to open the doorWhen I addressed the attendee about the defective key mechanism, he responded very rudely in front of all the restaurant's customers, embarrassing me, and said that it was my problem because it was already damaged; except that he ripped off the key mechanism without my consent, leaving an open hole on my car door handleI asked for his supervisor and he gave me a number to callThe supervisor reiterated the extremely rude demeanor of the valet attendant and even admitted that he would break the door down if they had to, to get inside of a carHe went on saying that it was my problem and hung up the phone on me, when I wasn't even finished with our conversationNo sympathy, no apology for breaking it, just crude, rude, disgusting disrespectHe claimed his name was " [redacted] i.ethe man whose number is on display at the valet booth (XXX-XXX-XXXX), who was laughing at me when I told him he had horrible customer service and that I was going to speak to the restaurant owner, and who proceeded by mocking me saying "oh yea you go do that." I honestly don't understand why his number is posted on display outside the restaurant, because he only made matters worseHow he got the job as supervisor, only God knows? This man is sure not fit for this positionThis is not the customer service I am expecting from a restaurant in the location it is inI will not be returning to the restaurant because of this horrible experience and I will let everyone I know, know what a disgusting experience I had with the company that [redacted] has hired for valet
