Do not do business with M&M I went to court over their practices.

10 feet of 5 inch Leaf Relief was installed on existing gutter to resolve clogging by leaves. 2 calls requesting service were made, first in April and then July 2019. Messages left; calls not returned. On July 9, a third call was made, this time reaching an M&M employee. Situation explained and office personnel understood. I was told, "I'll review with management and get back to you." On July 9, a third call was made. Discussed with same person. Same response,"I'll review with management...". Forth call made July 17; left message. Unable to inspect gutter/Leaf Relief myself as Leaf Relief is securely attached and any disruption by homeowner voids warranty. Overflowing gutter is causing damage to landscaping and eroding existing pavers. Help, cooperation and resolution are requested. Regards

Had roof replaced, M&M allowed water to come into my first story by not properly tarping the roof working in the rain. The entire crew sat on roof while water ran down my walls. When presented with video proof of the water damage in a 1906 house we were brushed aside and still no repairs have been made. Reached out repeatedly to no avail. Way better companies to deal with in long run. Forced to sign job completion paperwork when they forgot to install 2k$ worth of leaf debris cover. No final inspection of worked performed. Very poor communication.

This is a situation that is still being handled as we speak. We have already hired a drywall company to rectify the concerns, and we are now waiting for the installation. Unfortunately, this is the busiest time of year for everyone.
A solution has been put in place.
We have done amazing work, replacing the homes roof, soffit, fascia, gutter system, and gutter cover system.
The customer had a severe leak prior to our roof installation, and we tried to squeeze the re-roof into an oddly rainy season, to avoid the home taking on more water. Unfortunately, we have experienced 8 weeks straight where rain has effected at least 2 working business days each week.
Yes, a small amount of water penetrated the top story of the home. All of the wet drywall had been removed, and we are paying for the replacement, which is what we have agreed to, and has been the plan for all. We are quite surprised by these negative remarks, considering this matter isn't even closed yet. Every call we have received, we have returned. Every text we have received, we have returned. There has been no lack of communication.
At this time, we are merely waiting on scheduling time for the install from a drywall company.
This is a premature and unfair claim. I find it quite offensive.
If we are going to be slandered in such a way, where is the incentive to continue? We worked quite hard on this home, and our work is beautiful. There was an unfortunate mishap, and we have every intention of ensuring all is handled properly.
We look forward to closing this matter fairly for all. We want our customer to end the project satisfied.

4 days in between text is poor communication. Not All the wet drywall and insulation was removed or the entire wall would be replaced. My husband removed the wet insulation that was on the main ceiling. Chuck refused to have servpro come out to assess the damage and test for moisture. " The Severe Leak we had " was mousiture accumulation on nail heads on the back on the home That we had asked to be tarped in Dec by M&M and they did as a "favor" carelessly securing the tarp & was flapping in the wind for 7 months wrapped around our power lines. Futhermore M&M never had seen the inside of the home before the damage caused by them working in the rain. Knowing what a rainy season we have had ever precaution should have been taking to secure the home. even the workers said they didnt want to be on the roof that day. M&M wanted the cheapest way out of the situation & has an answer for everything yet here its July 12th and we're still waiting on the insulation to be installed. Being in a family run business myself its imperative to have total customer satisfaction & feel total reassurance that you stand behind your service, employees,& product that M&M just has not provided. Threats of " No incentive" to rectify a situation your company created is very unprofessional.

This project was completed a year and a half ago. No complaints ever came into our office until the end of November 2018. We immediately responded to him that somebody would need to come out and meet with him to go over his concerns. Nothing can be done without seeing the project.

We have reached out to ***, to schedule an appointment with him. We need to be able to come to the property and view the concerns. Until we view the issues, we don't know what to schedule for a fix, nor what materials are needed, or what to plan on for a resolution.

He has yet to call us back and schedule a time with us. When we called the home last, the wife answered, and said we need to speak with ***. He won't return our call.

We are willing and ready to investigate this with him, however, we cannot accept responsibility for concerns from 07-2017 without seeing his home. How do we know something didn't happen with usual maintenance? Gutters in MI need to be cleaned at the end of each Fall season. 2 fall seasons have passed since our installation.

M and M installed gutters while I was staying with my wife in the hospital and unable to supervise project. They installed downspout across cement slab next to my garage entrance door. I hit this when entering or exiting. Downspout should have been installed at least 2 feet further away from door. Company does not want to correct this. Original was 2 foot away from door and they have pictures to show position.

I am a bit confused about this matter. We have our customer scheduled for an adjustment, per his request.

I can get the date to you when we return to the office tomorrow morning, if needed.

We spoke with him even, and he is aware that we plan on coming back out on the specified date.

Additionally, please note, this is a scenario in which we made the best choice possible, in the back of his home, in which all that exists is cement. We tried to pick the less of several evils, and his desired change is a least desirable option.

However, we will make changes to suit the needs of our customers. I think his biggest issue is that we couldn't come out immediately. We have a tight schedule, so we worked him back in as quickly as possible. This is our busiest time of year.

I requested a quote from M&M for the replacement of gutters on 1717 Barnard St Saginaw. After receiving the quote, I requested the work to be completed. M&M requested a 50% deposit amounting to $700.00. The work was scheduled, upon arriving the work crew informed me gutter replacement could not be completed as there was fascia damage, and they would need to requote the original estimate. I never received a callback. The second estimate for the additional work was never received, until I went in person to the business address of M&M Bay City. I requested a return of my deposit, at which point I was told that they could not refund my deposit, and or they would have to deduct monies for "work completed." Again no work was ever completed or started. After my visit to the business office, another representative did come and give another estimate which added another $1820.00 to the original estimate. I then sent an email (Sept 4, 2018) requesting the return of the $700.00 deposit. To date after additional calls to M&M, which were not returned or I was told "the manager will get back with you," I am filing this complaint with the Revdex.com because M&M cannot hold a deposit on work that was never started, an based on my experience no longer wish to work with M&M,

I am further disappointed that the Revdex.com lists M&M as "Accredited Business." Rarely have I ever had a more terrible experience, and I wonder how many other customers M&M has taken advantage of, by refusing to return deposits, doubling initial estimates, showing up to complete work and then being told additional work needed to be done. That is a shady business by any standard. I hope you are able to investigate this business, to prevent further fraudulent practices. They are certainly not an "accredited business" as they have not conducted themselves with ethical standards.

This is all false.
Mr *** was told he could have a refund, however, per our company standard, there is a processing time period. Mr *** was demanding cash on the spot of his walk in conversation. This is not even possible. M&M does not keep funds on hand like that, and management has to be talked to. The office gals were the only ones in the office the time of his visit.
Mr *** has been called numerous times, informing him that his refund is available for pickup, he refused to come pick it up. A check still remains in our office, available for pick up. He won't even return our calls.
Also, please note. The contract was not even signed by Mr ***, and the person who entered into a contract with us has still not ever called us back to confirm a refund or cancellation is necessary.
We have to be sure not to give funds to an incorrect party. That is why the check was issued to the contract party, and is available for pick up.

I will never give any kind of good recommendations for M&M seamless gutters . , They Did Not Do Quality Work on my House. They would not stand behind their warrantee. And would not repair any damages they did too my house. They would not return any of my phone calls, until I filed with Revdex.com , wrote a registered letter and contacted a attorney. If I could give them if I could give them No stars would. Congratulations M&M you took $ 2,500 from a disabled senior citizen battling cancer .
