Spoke with [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] stated that a refund had already been processed over 3 weeks ago to Ms. [redacted]. The total refund was $[redacted] ($[redacted]- Auto pair & $[redacted] Shipping). Mr. [redacted] stated that he would not issue anymore refunds.
