The customer was hung up on yes, she would not stop yelling at the office secretary or listenThere were other calls coming in that needed to be answered yet wouldn't holdThe windows were replaced due to the seals being bad in the insulated units causing condensation BETWEEN the glass, units were badThe condensation they are experiencing at this time is on the room side of the glass due to many circumstances...room moisture, temperature variances, window construction and moreWe replaced failed units and the current problem is not relatedWe are more than happy to look at the problem and make recommendations, sometimes customers simply need to understand that we to are busy just like they are...their problems aren't any more or less important than our current jobs but need to be addressed when we are able

I have called the customer with no answer and the second time called and left a messageAlso called Brian who had set up the appointmentThe customer was called back by our office to be sure that they were not forgottenIn the course of three days you may not get an immediate response in what is our busiest season for something that is not what qualifies as an emergency Again, we are concerned with customers complaints and finding a resolution but as everyone is aware, cannot drop everything immediately

"We replaced failed units and the current problem is not related," That was the whole point of us calling you to begin with, so saying it's not related is completely wrong"We are more than happy to look at the problem and make recommendations," We can't even get a call back and yet you're willing to come and look at it? You spend over $for a problem that was not fixed and see how you feel

bad. The condensation they are experiencing at this time is on the room side of the glass due to many circumstances...room moisture, temperature variances, window construction and more. We replaced failed units and the current problem is not related. We are more than happy to look at the problem and make recommendations, sometimes customers simply need to understand that we to are busy just like they are...their problems aren't any more or less important than our current jobs but need to be addressed when we are able.
