Review: On March7,2013 I traded two cellphones in exchange for a new phone. The owner said he had to order the phone. So in the time frame he gave me a loaner phone to use. He said it would take up to three days for my new phone to arrive. So now he keeps telling me he will meet me to give me the phone,andeach time he has an excuse or he doesnt showup. I have asked for my money that I have payed him which was $125.00 and also my tradein phones back. But he hasnt given me my new phone or my money and phones back.Desired Settlement: I traded him a new LG Escape that was still in the box, and a Samsung Mytouch in exchange for a Samsung S3. I would like to settle for a total of $425.
