Hi thereThank you for bringing this to our attention We do have record of emails from this order We also told Ms [redacted] that once the post office shows it as delivered, she would need to call her local post office to see if the carrier may have any more information on why this package showed delivered and the recipient had not received it She proceeded to call us several times a day wanting an answer we could not give her, as once the package leaves here & USPS takes possession and shows it delivered, it is out of our control

This customer bought several items & only complained of one of the manufacturers, Headrush, fitting snug He refused to send the items back to us & our policy states that on sale items, only a store credit is allowed He proceeded to use vulgar words with our rep after we
explained the policies.Link to our return policy on our site:*** *** I have also attached the policy as well.These are the notes from his conversation with us:Customer called on two seperate occasions on 1-26-demanding a refund for Headrush 3XL shirts that he orderedThese were sale items and in accordance to our store policy are not refundable. He was made aware that he had to return them in order to receive any sort of store credit He has not offered to do that

Ivan, We, at MMA Overload, do not like our customers to be dissatisfied in any way shape or form The items in question are labeled as 3XL and as we do not make the shirts, we do not always know how they will fit We do our best to list true fits as best we can as we do on Roots of Fight The Roots of Fight you purchased actually run a little slimmer that the Headrush tees, so that is why there is a disclaimer on the fit for Roots of Fight Apparel This is the first issue we have had with sizing for Headrush We have actually had employees go down a size in Headrush due to sizing.We do appreciate the feedback & I have forwarded your review of the fit to our Quality team I have attached documentation from the conversation we had with Mr*** the day he called about the shirts I have also attached a picture of a Roots of Fight Tee in a 3XL & a Headrush tee in a 3XL The Headrush Tee is about an inch wider and longer than the Roots of Fight tee that was purchased as well that there wasn't an issue with We really try to work with every customer, but when we are given negative comments on Social media before we are given a chance to work this out & when the Revdex.com gets involved, we are forced to validate our policies.Of course we want you to be a completely satisfied customer, otherwise, we lose our reputability I sincerely apologize for the sizing issue Since these items are on clearance, unfortunately, a store credit is all I can offer We get shipments in weekly & I hope you will browse our site and hopefully find some items you will like to add to your wardrobe If you would like, I will be glad to send you a prepaid label for the return, so you are not out for the shipping back to us My name is ***, you can contact me at any time...###-###-####

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention.  We do apologize for the delay in responding as well as the defects you have encountered.  We have been in contact with Torque, the manufacturer of the item & are trying to get some resolve with them.  It has been slow in...

getting a response from them, so our communication with the customer has not been speedy because of this delay. Per our return of items with manufacturers defects, we ask that customers address their concerns with the manufacturer, as we DO NOT make the garments or produce them.  See link below for policy:Manufacturer's DefectA manufacturer's defect is a defective product or defective area of a product that was not an intentional design element or intended feature. All manufactures defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer. MMA Overload is not held responsible for damaged items that come from the manufacturer. All items sold through MMA Overload come pre packaged/bagged and tagged by the manufacturer. If you purchase an item through MMA Overload that has a defect, send photos of the defective areas to [email protected]. We will alert the manufacturer that the item(s) in question is defective and forward the photos to the manufacturer. I am rejecting this response because: First of all, I was NEVER "vulgar" with an MMA overload customer service rep. This is just a business, failing to provided EXCELLENT customer service to it clients, and now trying to introduce my character into question. UNACCEPTABLE. Second. Your "terms and agreements" is null and void, based on the matter that the items in question, were not properly labeled as "3xl slim fit" thus, causing someone, i.e. me, to be mislead into believing I was purchasing a 3xl true fit t-shirt. If the t-shirts in question, were properly labeled, and I still made the purchase then yes, I would be bound by your "terms and agreements". But because you did not properly advertise and disclose all proper sizing of the items in question, I was not able to make an informed decision. Given the fact that you completely dodged answering this question, with the first letter from Revdex.com, shows you in no way shape or form, understand what you did wrong. Third, I have not initiated the return of these items in question because I DO NOT WANT STORE CREDIT. I want a FULL REFUND. Which is why we are at this juncture. Based on the practices of MMA Overload, I cannot, and will not be purchasing anything from their online store. Nor will I be recommending MMA overload to family, friends, and colleagues.

A full refund has been processed back to the credit card used. The refund should appear back on the card in 3-4 business days. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:Thousands of companies across the world are the retailer of other peoples manufacturing. They do not manufacture the product, they sell them, just like MMA Overload. The difference is that any other retailer stands 100% behind the products that they sell, regardless of who the manufacturer is. The retailer takes care of THEIR customer, and deals w/ the manufacturer on the back end. I am not a customer of the manufacturer. I did not buy my products directly from the manufacturer. I am a customer of MMA Overload, I paid MMA Overload for my product.I have never seen a company that put their customer last in trying to resolve defective workmanship. Expectations of service have been, and will always be, you take care of your customers, and then deal with your manufacturers on your own time. This is the cost of doing business.
