I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I called Kevin's tree service and explained to them that since they have not fulfilled their other two promises, I would not trust them to spend my own money and then have them pay me backI asked them if they wanted to choose a company of their own, who I would then have come to give an estimate and they could cut a check to that companyInstead, they chose to send work men to my house to fix it(The guys are here today and we will see how they do.) Also, in their response, the company says that they told us from the beginning to get it fixed and send them the bill, but as you can see from the paperwork, that was not the agreement that they gave us in writing

We apologize for the delay in service. We do run a full time business. But the complaints this person is accusing us of are false. We used NO equipment that day. So the "ruts" that were put there were NOT from us. The honey suckle bush that was destroyed was half dead and they grow back. They are a...

wild bush that cannot be purchased. Also we told this man we would get to him when we could, with the weather and the other customers we have, we are extremely busy and a wild bush is not at the top of our list. This man is very rude and demanding. He wasn't a customer. He has threatened to sue us over a honey suckle bush.. we've told him to talk to his lawn care company about the ruts. Again, we used NO equipment that day.. we were also afraid to go back in his yard because of the threats he has already made about sueing us.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I am not surprised by Kevin's response as he has been very unprofessional the entire process with nothing but lip service. I have a voice mail that states he will come out and take care of my issue yet each time I call to see when he will be out he gives me another excuse. I did not threaten to sue him nor have I caused any issues with this company. I have only asked to have my bush replaced and ruts fixed in my yard which seems pretty simple to me considering his company caused this damage.
