Dear [redacted]:
This is my official response to the complaint that was submitted on August 18, 2015.
The customer did in fact contact me on July 20, 2015 regarding the issue with the stain. On July 22, 2015, I contacted the customer and informed him that I...

would come to make the necessary repairs on July 25, 2015. When I arrived on the site the customer was not available and I was unable to make the repair. The stain needed to make the repairs was inside the home.I once again reached out to the customer by phone on July 29th and again on July 30th, I left the customer a voice message, but he did not respond.
On August 5, 2015, I stopped by the property and knocked on the door but the customer was not home.
August 30th I once again called the customer and he did not respond. I went to the property again and left a note, informing the customer that I had been trying to get in touch with him to resolve the repair issue. I also sent him a text message, his response was that he was in North Carolina and he would be back the following Sunday.
I was finally able to go back to the property today, October 5, 2015 and make the necessary repairs to the customer’s satisfaction.
